Taking drugs is illegal in India. Selling drugs or giving it to a person without their knowledge is a crime.
It's a non bailable offence with 10 years prison.
She said I have never took drugs nor have anything to do with drug yet her chats show otherwise. This is all about catching her lies and showing that she is not trustworthy. She is trying to save herself by saying SSR was the druggie.

1. These chats can’t convict Rhea for sure in the court so all we could do is file a case based on these chats.
2. Court will require to see 65B certified as per law to verity the authenticity of these chats
3. Even if these chats are real the court will ask for proof of action coz these are just oral on whatsapp coz as an example if someone says he is a murderer on whatsapp he can’t be punished coz it’s on state govt to prove whom n how he has murdered someone one.. so basically oral Whatsapp chat can’t prove it.. and more over any such electronic evidence are considered as secondary evidence and not primary evidence
4. CBI should dig into more of practical and more admitable evidence rather coz none one in India get arrested based on whatsapp chats
5. The CBI should focus on contradiction statements and file a strong case so she doesn’t get bail
6. Lastly all we fans and fighters let’s pray that we do get all evidence that can be accepted by the court and considered for her and others conviction

Yes she should be arrested but the CBI is deliberately taking time to arrest her because they want to find very very strong evidence. If she was arrested without a very strong evidence then big people could bail her out. CBI will find the strong evidence soon.

What a argument of facilitating
Rhea is saying that she never took drugs and is ready for the blood test. She also claims that SSR was taking drugs instead. But none of these things has come up in his post mortem report. If he was taking drugs then it should be mentioned in the tests done on him. This drug angle only came into picture when Rhea's drug chats were exposed.
The doctor kersi chavda should also be brought before CBI.

This is Rhea's worst nightmare. Drug deals can lend her 5 years in prison. Abetment of suicide is a non-bailable charge.
In abetment of suicide also means "someone intentionally helps the victim to commit suicide by doing an act or by not doing something that he was bound to do". If this is proven by that rhea abetted SSR suicide then 10 years waiting for her.
If its a murder then she can get life imprisonment for conspiracy, destruction of evidence, unlawful confinement. Her bollywood career is over.
