10. reboot to system

I am in lineageos 20 and I tried to flash this ROM through twrp recovery following same stapes but after flashing it boots into fastboot and every single ROM boots into fastboot but when I flash lineages 20 it works perfectly. I really want to use this ROM, any solution ?

Yes, select to wipe Vendor and flash c.22 vendor
