Argentine Ribeye Steak "a la Fiorentina"

  • Get a load of the Argentine Ribeye Steak "a la Florentina" - with spinach, butter, garlic, onions, and more. Seriously, this steak is so good, you'll be screaming Mamma Mia 🀀!
    *Pan sear the ribeye steak for 3 min each side adding butter when flipped.
    *Remove the steak and add chopped onion and garlic.
    *Add the spinach till cooked and pour a spoon of flour, mixing it up well for about a minute.
    *Pour heavy cream, add grated cheese and let it simmer until texture is on point.
    *Return the steak to the preparation and take the skillet to a hot oven for about 5min. Ready to enjoy!!!
