- I make a beautiful Porterhouse Steak in the oven using the Tuscan Grill. To go with it are some delicious smashed potatoes and roasted tomatoes. For more recipes and updates on new episodes be sure to subscribe to this channel and visit my website thewoodfiredovenchef.com.
I cannot believe he hasn't 10 million subscribers. The professional product, the filming, the food outcome .. incredible .. I'm making one .. will be a few good bbqs going cheap.
Thanks Tom. I just need subscribers like you. Clive
Dude could you imagine the dinner parties at this dude’s house
Dude
Catch, he plays that music all night long, lol
ROBERT CRAIG that’s the most western, flavorless thing one can say. Learn to respect the food. Grow up from your happy meal
I am imagining now. I want to know what his gloves are.
Brandon Cassidy more than likely they are high temp electrical gloves or high temp chemical gloves. As both are heavily insulated.
I come for the food, but stay for the production value. Bravo!
Thank you John, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for commenting. Clive
Beautiful work
The art and elegance talking about the oven, the food, the fire... Simply inspiring
Thank you William!

Step 1.. find someone with a clay oven...
It is concrete
@@labonka NO it's not it's clay...concrete doesn't hold heat anything like clay does.
@@stuartcampbell4414 he has said so himself
@@labonka I don't give a shit what he said he's wrong...it's clay, that looks like a proper CLAY oven not one some mug has made themselves...and when you pay for one to be installed it's made from clay predominantly...because it's a much much better conductor...fact.
Thats not medium rare.
David Phan looks medium to me
BRAVO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nothing else could be said BEAUTIFUL.
Thanks Richard
Your videos are extra amazing. Thank You very much!

We feel so lucky to have found this channel. We had just got our wood fired oven completed two weeks ago. Your episodes will give us a lot of ideas. We wanted to make pizza and different kinds of stews, breads etc, but never really thought of putting oil in the pan and frying stuff like you did in this video. Please keep it up👍
Hello Tugce. I'm glad you found the videos useful and I appreciate you commenting. I would love to hear about your cooking experiences now that your oven is ready for use. Clive
Watched all of your videos last week. They are all fabulous. Our oven was delivered yesterday and I made steak with it, inspired by this video. I made NY strips instead of porterhouse. Turned out amazing. Thanks Clive for your beautiful contributions to this beautiful art.
I'm very excited that you have a new oven, and look forward to hearing about all your cooking adventures. More to come. Clive
I purchased an outdoor wood fired pizza oven a few months back and have been trying all kinds of food on it. Your videos have been the best for both information and just plain enjoyment. The relaxed manner by which you cook, film etc. is truly wonderful. Please keep the videos coming. Respectfully, Dom Silla
Thank you Dom, I appreciate you saying so. More to come. Clive
Keep the videos coming!! Just ordered my Forno bravo oven

STUNNING presentation.
Thank you Mark.
Love it Clive 👌🏼🏴👍🏼

Nice. Just shared this with a friend in Scotland that just built his wood fired oven.
Thank you Matthew. A great piece of Scottish beef would do quite well in the wood oven. Clive
Excellent. The refinements to your presentation inspires me to step up my game.
I thought building the oven was the challenge. I am finding it is just the beginning of a whole new vocation and lifestyle. Thank you for the challenge to excellence.
Thank you Sterling, I'm glad you enjoyed the video and appreciate your feedback. Clive
Splendid videos overall, keep inspiring all us thanks 🙏
Glad you like them! Clive
Congratulations on your excellent videos and I love your passion for wood fire ovens, which I share. It’s all the little details that make such a difference and I’ve learnt many new things from your videos. In particular I always thought you needed to move the fire and coals to the side rather than the back in order to create a circular convection of air, but when I do, it becomes harder to regulate the temperature of the cooking In the way that you do by having the flames and coals in the back of the oven. Thanks again. Nat
Hello Nat. Thank you for commenting. I really appreciate it, and glad you found them informative. The only time I put the fire to the side is when I'm making pizza, primarily so I can see the side of the pizza that's facing the fire and then turn it when that side is done. It's harder to do that when the fire is at the back and the pizza is facing away from you. Having the fire on the side does give you more depth in the oven, but I still find placing the fire in the back gives a little more flexibility with temperature.
One word will do, Fantastic!
Cheers Neil
Looks absolutely amazing
Thank you!
