I've owned one for almost two years. Mine came with 64 gb, 2 tb. Size was a selling point. Added another 2 tb. I usually run 1080p. Very few issues, especially since the driver updates. To add, DX9 and DX11 did have some sporadic driver issues, but have improved greatly. At 1080p, can play anything. Using dual monitors, simple LG 4K (for media), and a LG Utragear 1440 for gaming. Older games, Half Life/2, Halo MCC (early driver issues with this, now fixed), F.E.A.R collection, run fine at 1440.0 with high FPS (at 65 I run a play/replay a lot of the older stuff). Same with some of the newer, like various boomer shooters for example. Cyberpunk runs well at 1080p with high settings, no RTX. Note: RTX is not a thing for me. Looking for ward to trying Solaco in the near future.
hey guys, im trying to live off grid in a van, more content like this really interests me, would love to see more like this, comparisons and maybe some numbers on energy usage. thanks
Whoa. Strange timing. Just ordered one of these 2 days ago from the same seller. Was pricing out a budget ITX build or looking at a Tiny Lenovo with the LP single slot 3050 and this is cheaper and a lot faster than what I was trying to do so this made way more sense.
I saw this vid and went and got one for my son. Perfect timing because he only had a refurbed workstation for school but now he was getting more into gaming and I really didn't want to buy him a new pc and I was going to try to find a low profile card and try to upgrade and I really wasn't impressed with the GT1030 which was bascially one of the best I was going to find without over hauling the whole thing. Mucho Apprecianato!!! Edit: He has a 1080 monitor so I think this system will do him good for a while
just wanted to say that I really enjoy your content and find it informative. im looking for a gaming pc/laptop and when i found your channel i realized that this channel is it. keep up the good work !
i love ur website it helps the user alot like the lil vids that shows u the performance of the pcs to understand this is what ur going to get until u buy it
Matt every time you talk about specs you talk to fast, no i hate i love you guys and i love the channel 😂 i had to rewind so many times to understand the PC specs
Just to think I had to spend $500 for heating oil when for $78 more, I could have bought this or something similar. Every frigging time I have to buy heating oil I say to myself "Damn.....if only I didn't have to buy oil, I COULD HAVE bought THAT instead! EVERY TIME! 😭😢
What headphones are you guys using and do these mini PCs (and this one specifically) come with bluetooth connectivity out of the box for connecting headsets with mics?
The laptop CPU is throttling down/slash not producing i7 performance, Intel's laptop first gen GPU that is on par with a RTX 3050 performance wise except for more VRAM, For $600 you should keep shopping, you can do better
Toastys looked it over, saw the glaring defects and still recommended it , knowing viewers could do better for the price point, looks like this year isn't bringing the most important change needed
I think a lot of the negative commentators are missing the point. All the "you can do better" folks, tell us how. otherwise your comments are much more useless than you claim the video to be. Seems these guys found a deal, tried it and rated it. nobody is telling your 12 year old to buy it. Seems like a decent deal to me. appreciate the content. 60 fps at 1440... I'm ok with it. most of us aren't entering any esports olympiads anytime soon. shrug.
I already bought this one had trubble with some components, returned and got a replaacement. That one had bad power supply and then did the process again and the computer couldnt connect to wireless networks, even after buying and replqcing the wifi card. So my experience with this is bad. Decided to go for the acemagic tank 03, more expensive but havent had a problem
Really this is more of mobile work station for media editing and other types of work that intel and nvidia gpu accel at. Yeah it can do some gaming decently but older titles are issues with arc drivers
I got a 10,685. It's not bad in most games but if it doesn't run well you'll know, though in my experience that is only about 1 in 20 of the games I play, and they are typically ones that came out far before these arc cards.
You'll get for 650-700€ (since summer 2023, when i bought one), as barebone. 100% recommendation. The Arc A770(M) 16 GB made steep progresses since then, and the 20-threaded CPU is a productivity wonder. (Cinebench 24: 1000, R23: 18K) Regarding the 2l formfactor i'm still very impressed, 6x USB3, 2x TB, HDMI, 2x DP, 3 NVME-slots, Killer-Wifi... Many desktop-systems haven't to offer so many connections.
This little baby is a steal. Runs tons of games like hell, s. notebookcheck. Doesn't have to hide from systems with a 3070M, costing a fortune. The improved cooling system avoids GPU-throttling, contrary to most laptops.

the fact that its that cheap is kinda crazy

@@trevordp just because it isnt an i9 14900k and a 4090 doesnt mean its old and cheap
@oliversevestedt2729 well relatively speaking they could be old but not as old as like a 7700k
Not really, their discontinued, first gen Intel GPUs are poor at best and you can build an upgradable,, better computer for the same money
Old and cheap is my i7 8700k and GTX 1060 6GB. 😂
Love being able to support a fellow Kentuckian. Always a great video on a random/fun/different pc.

I've always liked those NUC gaming PCs.

I used them to get my windows 11 pro key without any issues I was really surprised. Hey toasty another great video guys. Let’s go!!!!
You have the best videos
if i remember right you have to activate side bar in the bios for better video performance
i always wanted one of these. the nuc predator was the one i really wanted
Good to see it has dp, most mini gaming pc’s only have hdmi.
love the vids!
Seems like the perfect candidate to build a SteamOS machine on. (With bazzite or another distro like that)

I guess I'll be selling my PC for around $200 when I'm ready to upgrade. 😂
I just want to play Lethal Company and use this for school. I think it would be great!

Intel quit producing Nuc's because they were poorly designed and not popular as a result

i think if they make one with the B580M if we get one that will be good if its at same price.
Nice video guys, I have a question for you. it's in the market a 4k nuc or Mimi Pc ?
You notice how most of these mini PCs have a power brick with it. Lol not quite a desktop, not quite a laptop.
yea super goofy
Seems like a beefed up gaming laptop that isn’t portable.
add delta force in your benchmarks 🙏🏻
I think u should test this on 1080 p bcz it's more.of.a 1080 p pc
