over the years, many of you have shared some heartwarming comments/messages about how these edits have helped you in some way, or how this channel has become your happy place or has helped you escape reality a bit. i’m glad i can use bts’ music to create that special place for you. when i listened to “life goes on” for the first time, i couldn’t help but feel (yet, again) like i was in that happy place myself.
so, i decided that instead of making a regular edit, i could compile your happy moments in one video. that way, you can have smth to look back on and remember how life goes on - that even in the most difficult times, there will be moments full of light once again. at the same time, you could watch that video and see those same moments from the eyes of other armys 💜

When I listen to life goes on, I feel like I’m watching a reel of happy moments.
So I thought... why don’t we make one together?
A reel of compiled happy moments as a lil pick-me up video or a video to remind us just how resilient we all are.
Send me videos/snippets of moments when you were truly happy or moments that made you remember just how amazing life can be sometimes. I wanna see moments in your life that made you feel free or hopeful. Moments you thought were worth recording because you wanted to remember them forever. These could be videos before COVID or during. It could be grand moments or mundane everyday moments that made you happy. It could be a clip of you doing something that makes you happy, or a clip of someone that makes you happy, maybe you’re with somebody that makes you happy, or maybe it’s just a small detail in that happy moment.
Let’s go through some examples together!
Maybe it’s a clip from your first BTS concert
Maybe you doing smth that made you get through lockdowns - like dancing, or gaming or drawing or playing with your pets
Or maybe it’s a clip of you doing your favourite thing before COVID took that thing away
So like maybe travelling with your friends
Or holding your partner’s hand
Or maybe it’s something as simple as a view of a beautiful sky or shoreline
Maybe a sunrise or the night sky
Maybe you just woke up to another day and you’re just lying in bed and feeling a lot better
There are rules as to what your clip needs to look like. They don’t have to be perfectly filmed - they can be as raw and unedited as you want them to be.
You can choose to show your face or not - it’s all up to you!
Quality-wise this is to your discretion, but it would be great if the clips were filmed horizontally just for some consistency.
There are also no length restrictions either but just know that depending on how many ppl join, I would probably have to cut parts so I could include as many of you as I can.
Really, the only thing that I ask is that your submission is 100% authentic and 100% filmed by you.

The happiest moment for me was the day when I was feeling so alone because I wanted to go outside but my friends live far so, I couldn't meet them. But that day, I saw pink sky for the first time in my area when everyone was busy in their things but I was the only one who saw that. Maybe pink sky is normal thing for others, but where I live it's rare. And before the sky thing, I was listening to that song for aisha which includes a line “they led me down, the sky turned pink“, so I felt special by nature itself.

i think my happiest moment is knowing i have my best friend by my side through everything. shes amazing.

My most happiest moments is just blasting bts and dancing in my room. I feel so free and I feel bonded with them. I feel safe and okay. All my worries go away. I do this frequently 🤍
when I first got into bts they taught me how to love myself. I was some basic teenage girl who didn’t know anything about herself, but after being with bts for 3 years i’ve found myself. I’m not a transgender male who has a lovely boyfriend (thanks to a bts groupchat) :)

the happiest memory of mine
when i was 16, i had a very fond attachment for the moon (maybe it's because of the many dreams i had that included the moon, but i digress.) around march, i witnessed my first blue moon sighting, and i was filled with excitement and bliss. i would dance around my room while dean's "D : Half Moon" was playing in the background.

My happiest moment was when I finally came out of my room after long 6 month's due to anxiety and depression, When I stood at the terrace of my house and The Sunset was going,, Only one sentence ran in my mind " THERE IS MORE WAITING FOR US IN OUR LIFE ".. Those were the time I had no friends and had a Hearthbreak,, I still remember that day 💜

my happiest moment was probably our last day of 7th grade
most of the time the students in each grade had a small party or food fest and we'd always have so much fun. but 7th grade, we decided to have an "award ceremony". we voted nominated students on each category and had winners too. we ate so much snacks ( someone brought tea in a flask as well lmao ) we didn't have any classes, just us being happy together.
that was last year, and probably the last time i'll see me and all my buddies together, smiling and having a genuinely good time.

Going to visit a city with my brother last year.we saw the whole city by foot and it was beautiful.we drank tea and my brother brought me a keyring.
I can't think of what is my 'happiest' moment, but I always feel really joyful when my brother and I are able to hang out with each other playing games, shopping, going out to eat, etc. :)
I don't actually have any pics of the day I met BTS in a meet and greet in 2016 but I remember saying to Namjoon that 'don't ever give up and if someone hates you should ignore them and stay with the ppl who love you Bcuz us Army's would be with you forever and ever.' Then he said 'Thank you so much for staying by our side'. I can't forget that day bcuz Namjoon's eyes were watering.
I am so excited !! I know this is gonna be so calming and therapeutic as always

my most precious memory: i think it was during mikrokosmos 2 years ago back in 7th June 2018 when i was watching them perform as the sky lighted up with fireworks and confettis were all around the place, their eyes were sparkling like star i could see the love, the care and the passion they were caring for us, also their voices harmonized together for a moment i thought i were in heaven, i completely forgot ab all my problems i was just caring a happiness in my soul that i cant possibly describe in words.

I think my happiest memory was when I was 6, my best friend had to move to a new city (which is a 8 hour drive) so we couldn't hangout anymore. Last year on a piece of paper I found his number (idk how) and then called the number hoping its him. It was actually him and I was so happy. After a decade later, I finally got in touch with my first ever best friend. Now we both talk to each other for hours 💜

one of the happiest moment that happened to my life when i met bts... there's alot of great and happy things that happened to me but meeting bts was the happiest moment in my life. when i started to like bts i thought they just sing or write catchy songs and just dance but it was far from what i thought, they write songs abt loving ourselves, achieve our dreams, and just be happy.
for me it's when im finally free from all the thoughts, anxiety and stress after years of dealing with my mental problems, listening to the music in peace without the annoyance, talk to my family members again after months of self isolation, listening to BTS songs whenever i feel like losing hope and able to continue to live on again thanks to them, those moments are all very precious to me, at each time and moment, it made me who i am today and they were not excited like how i used to imagine happiness would feel like but rather peaceful and soothing.

4 years ago my friends betrayed and left me alone when they found out I am suffering from depression,,,,, they just said things like "its all in your head" "no you're just thinking over it" i was really upset and frustrated and they would make fun of me behind my back for being an average student but with bts's healing words and their comfort I feel loved and I eventually healed,,, so yeah the happiest moment in my life was when i found out abour bts,,,,For me, discovering bts was like i was finally home. BTS helps me everyday and i became a better me than the past me.

I already loved myself? I always depend on people before. I was insecure like really- now I finally found comfort when being alone and being with bangtan at the same time. Bangtan was my only home I ran to when no one listened or understood me. But now I feel happier and I see love everywhere around me.
My connection with my friends became a family too. Before my mom would always get mad at me for not telling the reason why I'm mostly sad now she tried to spend time with me so we can have a better connection instead of scolding, and she's now an army too!
Watching this and life goes on playing on the bg is def the most beautiful thing

my happiest moment was the moment i got accepted into a good university, seeing how happy my family was and how i fulfilled my dad’s dream for me was probably something i could never forget

I think of one my most happiest/purest moments was a month ago in school. I'm a boarding student and that one Thursday night we got to go out to the mall together and just do what we want. after coming back my friend asked me if I wanted to sit on the field with her and it was already 8:45pm. we sat and stared at the sky. there was no stars but one foggy moon in the distance in the middle of a dark sea of space. the moon was so misty and far but it was bright enough to notice. just like a future I'll work hard for. I turned to her and I said "Im glad that I'm alive, and I'll stay alive." as someone who has struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts, as well as attempted, this was the moment where I realized, I don't want to die. I love the feeling of being alive. 😁

The happiest moment I had was before lockdown, me and my 5 other best friends were carefree, we were drawing, playing and talking out under a tree and we just hunged out like that, nothing special like going to the cinema, karaoke or eating out at fancy restaurants. All that matters was when we had the 6 of us together, we promised from that day we will be together no matter what, we wanted to grow old together cause they felt like family to me. They made me feel safe, happy and not anxious, I seriously love my best friends with all my heart. 💕

just waking up in the morning knowing that I didn’t cry myself to sleep just makes me happy because that seldom happens to me mostly during the quarantine, i found myself being unproductive and just feeling like im at the bottom. When life goes on was released I started listening to it until i fall asleep and finding out tomorrow that I didn’t cried. that made me happy.
This sounds amazing, especially during the pandemic when we all seem to be feeling a bit more down :)

my happiest memory: One afternoon,I was feeling quite hopeless with myself..my grades,personal life and mental health were at rock bottom.I couldn't believe in myself,that I'd be able to overcome this dark period of my life.But,one of my bestfriends (with whom I was texting) said that she knows I can pull through,she sent such sweet texts that it made me cry. "I believe in you,you can definitely do this,girl" she wrote. Now,although I am still in that "dark phase" I can happily say that the love and kindness I received from her that day..those words warm my heart,and make me try to work harder to become a better version of myself. I will forever treasure the moment in which I could fully reveal my fears to her,without worrying about what she thinks.
People like her,they light up the world even on the darkest of days.Much love to you all~

last year on 19th jan i attended my first bts concert and it was truly magical. it felt like a roller coaster bc i was in tears at some points but it was also the first time in my life i felt genuinely happy. till this day the experience still feels so surreal, but even though my seat was rlly far from the stage i’m still so so thankful i got that opportunity to see my seven lifesavers irl. i wanted to see them this year too if they’d come to my country but clearly bc of covid all my hopes were gone. but that’s fine because life goes on 💜 i luv u guys sm

on stage being the most nervous but happy person ever, for the 1st time ever I sang my heart out and made people happy. the smell of dry air and theater curtains, and the memory of leaving the stadium late at night running around singapore in a long dress. the longest times where I was genuinely happy

My best memory would probably have to be my very first concert, which was actually February 2, 2020! It was the greatest thing I've ever experienced, and I'll never forget it!
When I was in elementary school, it was the end of the day that day and I was waiting for my mom to walk me and my best friend home. When she finally arrived, she told me that she had a surprise waiting for me at home. I had no idea what it was, but figured that it would be something small because we lived in a sort of small apartment in a low income housing unit. So, we walked my best friend home and continued to walk to our home, which was right up the road. When we got up to the door, my mother unlocked it and instantly started walking towards my brother’s room, checking behind her to make sure I was watching and whispered “stay here”.
But me, my first words as a baby being “I’m stubborn”, peeked around the corner, where I saw my mother picking up a small, fluffy, brindle-colored puppy.
Before she could turn back around to make sure I wasn’t looking, I jumped back, pretending I didn’t see anything with a huge smile plastered on my face. When she walked back around the corner, my smile grew bigger, and she placed the little puppy back down; it ran straight into my arms.
That was the day we adopted Timber, our not-so-little brindle German Shepherd.
Probably the best day of my life.
There are so many other stories I want to share, but I’ll choose this one to share. I don’t know if anyone will read this but hey, this video idea brought me to literal tears so I thought I should take down a memory from my memory shelf and reminisce on it.

My happiest moment was when I first met bts. That day, I felt hopeless, I didn't know how to love myself, never know that they will learn me how to love myself and also taught me how to speak myself. I agree, it might be a rough time but yeah, I think being an army is really really meaningful especially spending the time with them, I think they're the most precious thing that ever came into my life. I hope that they would bring happiness all over to the world more and also tell their other stories in their songs.

One of the happiest moments for me was when I was outside once and I was feeling kind of sad because that time of the year i was supposed to be traveling and visiting family;. I felt really upset that I was stuck at home, and i was sick and tired of not leaving my town for months and I felt trapped in a never ending cycle of the same things. I was missing the airport because the airport is the outlet to traveling long distance which is how i could get to my family but one day, I saw a plane flying pretty low and it was heading to the airport ( i live quite close to the airport) and I got to see it pretty close and I could see the airline and just knowing that soon when covids over I can travel again made me really happy.
