Jaime, I need your help because I'm a budget player and I can't afford more than 100€ cards. The deckset already costs 66 € and there are many cards that I saw in the vid I need to buy, and some of them like Katrina, Susanna and Cycloned cost a lot for me and I don't which cards among the ones you listed I have to buy with the budget I have in order to upgrade the Premium Deckset at the best I can. Could you please be so gentle to suggest me which cards I should buy? Thanks!
@@consulemanimedrawings2275 hi there! So you can play the deckset as is if you're on a budget. Your main strides will be Cecilia, Ladislava, and Katrina. If you can invest into a 2nd Katrina that'll help more. Your only counter charger will be Ruth. So max copies it. You may want to look into 1-2 copies of Sweetberry G Era. She helps call a Reverse Cecilia from deck during the Main Phase to have it ready. You can use this card on a turn that isn't Katrina. Hope it helps!
Do you find Katrina has enough plants on a first stride without playing all of the typical plant token makers? Musketeers don’t make as many plants as your typical Katrina deck.
Before your battle phase, you typically have 2-4 plant tokens. It can vary. There are some board states where you'll use Sylvia, Sweet Berry, and/or Usurp as attackers/boosters. Although, when you do Katrina's battle phase skill, you'll call multiple units. Typically I grab Cecilia Reverse, 1-2 Sylvia/Sweet Berry, 1 Usurp. This resets your field while setting the reride and sending a Usurp to the drop zone when a token is called over it. When it comes to Musketeers, those initial token fields isn't as important on 1st stride. Your goal is making sure a reride does happen. You may even need to call a card like Favila for Resist-like effects. Hope that helps answer your question.
@@CommanderJaime the thing I'm curious about is the ability to survive another turn. When I play my Ahsha/Ines plant token build, my first Katrina typically calls some amount of defensive cards (Enlargulv, Lilga, Honoly) so that I don't die on their crackback. Musketeers isn't running those though. Virginal Cecilia can draw you multiple cards and build you a free board, so she looks like she can help you live a turn. Then your Katrina next turn can call 4 plant tokens and you've automatically got a full Katrina turn. That's why I'm wondering if Virginal Cecilia is still good going second.
@@jacobjensen7704 ah gotcha, now I see where you're getting at! Fun fact, I will be publishing my deck profile tomorrow too showing off the combos. From what I've been testing with my current build, going second, it's still better to do Katrina. Especially if you can ride a Cecilia with a Force Marker from the get-go. I feel I would have to change up cards to make a Virginal Cecilia turn with a Reverse reride work consistently. But it would make the existing Katrina reride turns less consistent. Hopefully from seeing my profile you may understand where I'm coming from lol
Other Cards to Consider:
Sea Strike Dragon
Forbidoll
Angel Bracing Ladder
Some great suggestions here, a lot of these are mandatory includes imo. Really looking forward to this product and making some tweaks!
Thanks for watching! I appreciate the kind words. Absolutely, I'm looking forward to getting one myself. I plan to do a box opening as well. 👀
Will there be videos for both jewel knights and revengers?
I will do one more for Raging Form. For Salome, I won't be playing that myself so I wouldn't be the best person for that deck.
