Cut Through the Noise Podcast: Delusional Belief with Eric Czerlonka

Eric Czerlonka is CEO and Managing Director of Czerlonka Event Design & Management - an organization known for planning luxury events and excuting unique travel experiences in places like Marrakesh, Buenos Aires and Rwanda. They also customize domestic excursions in the US to fit the personalities of their flourishing client base.
To say Czerlonka has traveled the world is an understatement, but in doing so he has amassed a powerful community of connections that support him to create unique experiences for his clients.
Not bad someone that didn't fly in an airplane until he was 16 or travel outside the US until he was 30!
Czerlonka studied Engineering at the New York Institute of Technology, and learned quickly that it wasn't for him, so he got a BA in Advertiing.
And when we graduated...
He waited tables and bartended for the better part of the next ten years - four of them at the Navy Pier in Chicago!
After that he landed Director level jobs at the likes of The Boston Harbor Hotel, The Ritz Carlton and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where he got the equivalent of a doctorate degree in Luxury Event Planning, Catering and Superior Customer Service.
His path wasn't planned - It was indirect - And it was hard at times
But in the end, Czerlonka created a really cool company...
