I love to hear the IC cars but people need to grow up and stop complaining about the hybrids. It's not like they are pure electric (now that would be something to get sick over).
by the way, I love when the (GTP as they are here) cars leave on electricity and then fire the ICE at 60km/h or whatever. It highlights the different powertrain sounds in an exciting way.
Exactly! These hybrids are incredible feats of engineering and the performance is exceptional. While I miss the days of the Panoz shaking your soul as it flew by, we have certainly entered a new Golden era of motorsports.
Wonder what's up with the Ferrari's, seen so many of them being pushed all week and weekend. Wonder if they're concerned about being able to have their engines make the full 24hrs?
The Ferrari's have been pretty reliable last year even though it was the first year of the 296. Engines shouldn't be an issue but why stress parts if they don't have to.
