- I had an old beat up wagon that... someone... beat up real good. Turns out it’s not that hard to undo the damage! Today we fix this red beast!
lucky boy to have a thoughtful dad, a real one!
Great job! You're lucky those wheels didn't have rust on them. I have one that my neighbor was throwing out. I want to replace the wheels though. I use it in my yard to move things around. Yours is awesome!
Great video. I love seeing old items like this come back to life.
mine is considerably more damaged.. but you are giving me hope here!!!!
I have a Radio Flyer 1998 Wagon with Wooden Fencing on it I'm currently restoring it since its been in the Crawl Space in my basement for 20 years, I will be using it as a tool for when My family and I go Antiquing, It was a blast to ride in as a kid
Just went over to my Grandmother's today and she got this out of the garage, Same exact one, she bought it for me when I turned 2 now I'm restoring it for my son who is turning 2 in a couple of weeks.
Great video. Liked and subscribed. I have an old Road King. So solid!!
@ZeroToAwesome awesome vid, how many cans of spray paint should I expect to use to re-paint a wagon for my girl? I want to paint it pink. Thanks!
I’d go with 3. 2 was barely enough. 3 should get you pretty good coverage. Good luck!
I’m 14 and have the exact same wagon from when my mom was a kid and a few days ago I decided to ride it down a hill as fast as I could it was really fun😃
Right on!
I used rust oleum Farm and Implement International Harvester Red and it’s real close, performs as expected, two cans at $7 in 2023.
Nice!
Have an old Wee Wagon, yellow. Insides rusted but not through. Putting it in my side garden going to take off rust inside of wagon rest looks pretty good beside handle is rusty but will take care of that. I love this little wagon Put it on my porch different holidays and decorate it. Going to put a big frog in it next to my bench outside but keep on porch or in basement in the winter. Got some great ideas how to clean it up can’t wait thanks
Awesome video. Outstanding.
Great job. Thank you for sharing.
Currently doing the same for my wifes old wagon, any idea where i can find the red axle caps? And great job!
Radioflyer.com good luck!
Lowes but they are white
Great video. 👍🏻
Nice wagon love it
This is so great. I don't have anything to pass down to my son (we'll see if our cast iron passes the test). My husband has a baseball mitt.
A little mink oil and elbow grease should get that mitt ready for many more years of use. Broken in mitts are the best mitts!
@@ZeroToAwesome I beg to differ. Kitten mittens are best mitt.
Where did you find the decal/logo?
parts.radioflyer.com/decal.html
Your son looked like he was tickled pink.
Aw shucks, you destroyed the patina !
Dangit!!
I'm doing one of these for a customer, the wheels are steel. The logo is the dame except under the wagon guy on the logo is the number 18. Anyone know how old this this is?
Proooobably late 80s to early 90s?
I just got my old wagon. Can’t wait to restore it!
They do make tables to do your work on
This is true. But then I can’t complain to my wife that my knees hurt and I had a harder day than she did 😊
And he Sadi he took a body or 2
That’s all I’ll admit
