Earned my sub. As a King main i needed these. been playing King since tekken 5 and wasn't "good" until 7. These definitely upped my game for when I'm in the lab.

Great video but one question how do u do that jab (1) then f,f,f 2+4 to finish combo, do u just press f x3 super fast or there is a trick to it? (new to tekken btw)
The jab is 2, then I do f,f,f2+4. It requires timing. What you do to practice your timing is set the opponent to full crouch or crouching guard as the first action, then do standing 2 into f,f,f2+4. Keep improving your speed and timing this way in practice mode.
Hi Armor King, I just realized, is all of Armor King chain throws extension (human necktie, triple double, sleeper etc) removed from King? Also, I just realized that we can't go to Muscle Buster throws route ender, using Cobra Clutch (j step 2+4/1+3)? Maybe you can confirm if I was wrong
Was hoping this would go over low parry’s or should you always just block them and go for the launcher cuz I always loved the mind games you could play with your opponent constantly low parrying them making them scared to throw out lows but so far I haven’t been able to figure out and good juggles after a parry besides just doing ISW
The combos work on dragunov and male characters, as well as some female characters. As for bears it doesn't work. The punishment is for universally dealing with some notable dragunov moved. However you'll notice King also punishing Kuma's b1 into HBS
Hello Armor King. Just want to know ur opinion on the recent hate that King is receiving. He's very strong rn but do u think it's justified or people just dont break throws?
Personally the break windows become tighter through CH throws, King's uf3+4 on hit into JGS is extremely difficult to deal with, and goes into an auto guessing game. The hate he's been getting doesn't feel as justified when Victor and Jun are running around committing war crimes however. Honestly I feel like if I lab it a bit, you could possibly option select his Jaguar Sprint. However his heat smash is really strong. If not one of the best in the game imho. Its not the best of them all, but dang it's tracking is NURS
I only use it for style points. The animation is super dope and it’s really cool to throw them down like that. It fucking sucks when they reverse it through. King taps in his animation and the oki is terrible.
I play on controller but my question is if you mess up giant swing does anyone else get ff1 or a jab cause in T7 I just got the jab if I messed up but I get ff1 and it really screws me up so I was wondering if it was my controller or an game input issue
@@ArmorKingTV21 yeah I feel that but… it might just be me but I feel like stuff not hitting do to off axis happens way to much and like after back spin my f2,1 misses sometimes so I feel like the game is buggy but hey I’m not the best at the game, so maybe it’s just me😆

There's certainly been a few chain extensions that king lost, it's likely those are what's missing
King lost the chain throws, I'm guessing they're definitely gearing up for an Armor King dlc where his own chain throws matter and differ.

It's df4,3 not df3,4

Because it's the only generic throw with a reversal that does damage to you

So the trick is to fully return to neutral first then press 2

Bruh the f1+2 does not work anymore it makes the character go slightly sideways and you can’t get the b1~2 after the Df3~4
So to confirm. The f1+2 does work here. You're not doing it fast enough where the df4,3 makes them tilt over.

It's the new buffering system in Tekken 8. If you mess it up it buffers your movement as ff1. Be careful not to mess it up
