Great video. One question. I am a driver. My neighbor has a vision problem. She ask me if she could use the Uber app with voice control. Could you do a video regarding this subject. Thanks so much
Joe, it would be great to see you add the RideCheck feature (it just pushed out last week). All of the documentation shows how the notification alerts you, but it would be nice to show how to access it while in your ride to notify Uber before they notice the problem
Why does Uber makes impossible to report dangerous drivers in Brisbane QLD parking in bus stops, running the red etc if you are not a rider and even as a rider it is close to impossible? As they don't have email address, support through Facebook Messenger are useless especially when they send templates replies that has nothing to do with your feedback etc etc?
I think this video is out of date. There is no option to choose drivers available. There ARE drivers available, you just done get any choices in the matter.

Such a cheap tipper Joe.... Smh And i disagree, the best way for a rider to confirm correct car... IS TO ASK THE DRIVER'S NAME! And Uber should encourage this more to the riders, what ever happened to the days of not getting into a strangers car?

I know this is late but I never used uber. If I'm with a friend do we both have to pay and have an account?
Thanks so much, it was a pleasure listening to you...

What about maneuvering through the app? Why don’t you discuss that that is what is so un user-friendly?
Great tutorial, thanks!
Excellent video, very informative since I've never used Uber before. Thanks

Hey Joe I'm looking forward you doing one for the lift app. Luckily in my area we still get a whole .60 a mile. O boy!
Good video just a little to fast paced with the clicking
4.6 stars to stay active - that sounds terrible.
Given that the top score is only 5 stars it places drives under a huge amount of pressure.
I've done 2000 trips is the driver but only two Uber Rider good video
Thanks
Hmm aren’t riders... passengers.. someone didn’t look at the title 😉. Great video as always though.
