@DraGorian777 - Arnel is not new to performing but he is new to Journey which has a strong fan base and a new generation of fans. How will connect with them on stage is important as he comes from a trully different culture. SP was furious when a bottle was thrown at him and shouted expletives. I'd be furious myself but as a performer one is on the spotlight all the time "as a role model". So part of it - is guidance, as they are older and hopefully wiser now.
