I live in Greenville but like to visit Aiken a couple times each year, particularly around Christmas. Lindsey did a good job promoting what the city has to offer, but I have to be honest and say that, at best, you can see pretty much all of Aiken in a couple days. You can fill out your trip by visiting nearby Augusta. Regardless of the length of your stay, Aiken is a pretty neat place and worth seeing.

I love this for anyone visiting because there is always an event going on or something for them to do. I also love this for living here because there is an event or festival to look forward to every week, plus it’s not as busy as nearby cities. And being centrally located to those bigger cities is awesome!
