It took till you were in my neck of the woods for you to pop up on my you tube feed, its enjoyable seeing what others think, thank you for being kind, I ride around all the time and as long as you're ok with rain its generally good, especially if you keep off the usual biking roads.
What a lovely video. You deserve more subs. I used to live on Anglesey many years ago and loved chugging my XL125 up to South Stack. Trearddur Bay would be lovely in that weather as well. North Wales and Wales in general is motorcycle heaven. Enjoy.
Wauw! wat gaaf om daar te kunnen rijden! Hoop volgend jaar eindelijk mijn motorrijbewijs te halen na jaren twijfelen haha. Maar deze video helpt daar zeker bij 😊
It was partly really great weather, but also some serious rain and strong winds. You’ll see some in the next episode Sunday 🙌🏼 gotta say, I loved both haha
New subscriber great 3 episodes of your UK adventure , Wales is stunning place for us bikers glad you enjoyed your adventure , next time you are over also check out the Peak District , that's not too far from the ABR festival either 👍
Great video! Very nice photography. I hadn't come across your channel before but I guess it came up because I just moved to Holyhead. I love biking along the coast roads here with the sea on one side & the amazing views of the mountains. Looking forward to watching the rest of your Wales trip then I'll check out your channel 🙂.
Wales, stunning scenery and biking roads, lots of sheep, wet weather and slippery fords. Great biking country and where I lived for five years, next year I’ll be back for a week’s holiday😀
Enjoyed your video, relaxed style and great conversational tone. I enjoyed the still pics and the stream - we want more!! Love your bike, Desert-X ideal for you!!
Hi there LNR, great video. I did watch the video the first time as you posted it and with the same opinion as now, but I do have a question which is going to be along shot here. I have rode that area many times, but I'm so puzzled as to the road you are riding on around the 10 minutes 40 seconds point in the video, the point where you was on the wrong side of the road 😂, but have you any recollection as to what that road is and where? I know the pass you was on and well, and you said you was going to loop around there, but then that's me done, you got me totally lost I'm afraid. Many thanks if you can help.....Mark
Hi Mark, let me try to explain as I can't find a road number, but you can navigate to "Snowdonia Mountain Hostel". It a road next to the Nant Ffrancon Pass and like stated you could ride a loop there. I couldn't unfortunately as there was an event or something going on, but it's supposed to be very beautiful!
I found it with your help, I'm really grateful, thank you so much and will certainly be riding that as soon as the salt is washed away. Looking forward to more video's and keep enjoying what your doing so well @@LNRmoto
Love the video, I'm old school I like to listen to your documentary and the motorcycle engine, not music but great video, I'm a biker too, keep her between the ditches.
Wow!! What a gorgeous ride you took us on Leonoor!! Wales is certainly a beautiful country. As I've told you before, I love the artistry of your still shots. Lots of love from Gene in Tennessee.🤩
Firstly Leonoor may I say many congratulations on 7k Subscribers.... Quality always sells.... I am very Happy that you are enjoying your journey.... I have been "Off Road Driving" In North Wales, and it was amazing.....Great Production again.... Keep up the good work.... :-))) xxxxx
Great video and fantastic biking roads in the area, done Ponderosa, Horseshoe Pass, Bala and over to the tops to Lake Vyrnwy today which I have done many times over the years but be careful of the sheep as they have a tendency to run out in front of you!!!! 👍
Hi Leonoor. Nice vid and beautiful landscapes of course. You need several charging sockets in your motorcycle, it is necessary for such traveling, I installed, apart from the original factory charger, also additional USB charging sockets, it is enough to charge 3 cameras, a phone, sometimes a drone, etc. Stay safe.
I could almost feel the wind… the camera angles and entire production quality is so good. Thanks for documenting these experiences, Leonoor. Will be helpful when I plan my rides to Europe 😍
Thanks a lot, make sure to keep an eye out on my channel as I plan on doing French Alps and/or Swiss Alps too soon! And when my website goes live, you can search for lots of places and routes to include in your EU plans 😄
👌I know this is an Old Video but if you find yourself in Wales again you really must visit Portmeirion Village,You would absolutely love the place and surrounding area especially Porthmadog.
Another great video Leonoor. Wales is amazing isn’t it, so much to see but expect the rain. I love your shots in this episode too, you really capture the skies well without overcooking the processing! I can’t wait for the next episode 😁👍
I was kinda expecting rain-only, so very happy I had some sunny weather in between. Yes, we don't like pearly white skies, now do we ;) I just finished EP4, so stay tuned!
Can only say one thing, go to Scotland. It´s soooooo beautiful. I will say that will be a stunning ride to do, alot of small roads at the Mountains omg they are some for it self. Go also to Oban, and to Isle of Skye, just go don´t think about it.
The whole no motorbike thing seems a fairly British thing, and probably dates back to when bikers in general gained a bad reputation due to the actions of a few bad ones. I’ve never come across it anywhere else. However, it’s an attitude that appears to be much rarer than it was, so perhaps it’ll die a natural death. I hope it didn’t spoil your trip. I’ve only recently found your site and am enjoying going back through all your previous trips. Thanks for sharing your experiences. 👍😊
Welcome to my back yard! You went past my house on the old horseshoe pass. That ford is really slippery, nearly had me off a few times. Too many speed cameras in north wales now.
I know the area around Llangollen quite well. There is a road called the Panorama that takes you above the town. It's high enough to look back into England. There are loads of roads to explore on a bike round there.
That’s some of my local roads and ponderosa cafe is good try the chain and sprocket cafe rithin and the Siabod cafe in Capel Curig I live and ride in north wales
Great little road opposite the A5 nr Ogwen. There is a machine gun post on that road that was put there in WW2 when the British thought the Germans may invade from the Irish sea.
Very much enjoy your videos. I have been to Norway many times in the past and love it but stopped going when they withdrew the Colorline ferry from Norway to England that made it easy(I think it coincided with the opening of the Oresund Bridge a few years later). What is the best route to Norway from England now with a van keeping costs down?
eh, its ok you missed some stuff on the old horshoe pass, getting content is one thing, but living in the moment is what we are here for on this earth i believe.....sláinte
I’m really glad you are enjoying riding in my home country but so sad you were told you weren’t welcome as a motorcyclist at one campsite. I’m a motorcyclist myself and am embarrassed that’s the welcome you had. I just do not understand why some campsites in my country won’t allow motorcyclists to camp. Really enjoying your videos thank you 😀
I was kind of surprised myself as well, but oh well.. nothing to do about it. In the end I had a really great alternative. Glad you enjoyed! Stay tuned for more
There are some old idiots that still think it's the 1960s and the Mods and Rockers are about to start trouble in their neck of the woods. Fortunately they are a pretty rare species and getting rarer every day.
Please name and shame the camp-site that didn't want motorbikes on !! I hate our country for this 😒... I've never been turned away from camping when on my travels in Europe...
England has one of the most beautiful countrysides ,besides all European countries are very beautiful . Unlike Canada where winter lasts at least 7 months and most of Canada is inhabitable .
Yes my bike was finnish repair for a month ago, so i have around 1500 km allready. lol the truble was the 5volt tx from ecu to abs, dcs quickshifter. it is the first time ducati to have this problem. they replaced with a new ecu and updated firmware and all good now. but the season is over , we have 10 cm with snow so i parked in the garage lol. love yr video@@LNRmoto

Thanks for following along. I'm working on a usb charger on the handlebar/next to the dash and have a powerfull powerbank in my shopping cart as we speak! So that should solve lots of charging issues on the next trip
Im being blessed by the wonderful photography and video. Thank you very much.
Loving the photography. It’s great to hear lovely comments from someone not from the UK as we take the scenery for granted sometimes.
Live about 20 miles from Llangollen. Nice seeing my local area through someone else's eyes
Altijd leuk om Nederlanders in Wales te zien. U bent altijd welkom. Croeso cynnes pob amser.
Just been to Ynys Lawd today. Had a lovely time with my wife. Coffee and a bite to eat in the cafe afterwards. Het was een geweldig dagje uit.
Great video. Of course there will be rain but without it there will be greyish green rather than the lovely vibrant green.

It’s a beautiful area, was very happy I got to go there as short as it may have been. I’ll be back!
Awesome video - you are a natural presenter,
Forgot to say you also took some fantastic photos .

Wat leuk te horen! Hoop dat je het rijbewijs snel hebt en dan lekker kunt genieten van het ontdekken. Zoveel moois te zien!
As least you had the right weather did it a few weeks ago in high winds and thunderstorms 👍

If you navigate to worlds end near the horseshoe pass, than you’re on the “old” one
