I loved this very informative and historical video. It was so interesting having the portrayal of the people and family members. I especially liked Alice showing inside her family mausoleum and her feelings that family were communicating like the play “ our Town”, Alice has come to visit us today. I too love to visit cemeteries and I often think that way too. Thank you hope to find more of your videos.

    Alice M. Krebs
Naples - Alice M. Krebs, a longtime community leader and volunteer in Wauwatosa, Wis., died April 19 in Naples, Fla., at age 85.
Krebs had a distinguished career of community service, most notably as director of volunteers at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa and as the first female president of the city's Rotary Club.
But her list of community volunteer programs is much longer; in fact, when she was named Wauwatosa Distinguished Citizen for 1999, she was nominated by four organizations in which she had held leadership positions: the Neighborhood Association Council, the Rotary Club, the Wauwatosa Historical Society and the Wauwatosa Women's Club.
The award capped a lifetime of service, recognizing her energy and unselfish civic-mindedness that had made Wauwatosa a better place to live and work, and helped her recruit, train and inspire hundreds of others.
She was born Alice Kearby on Sept. 16, 1934 in Milwaukee, Wis., to Harry and Ernestine (Blatz) Kearby. Alice was raised in Milwaukee and LaPorte, Ind., and was a 1953 graduate of Washington High School in Milwaukee, where she was the class salutatorian and a member of the National Honor Society and Quill and Scroll scholastic journalism honor society.

I found it fascinating that one cemetery has so many famous names buried within it. Yes, mostly beer and motorcycles, but it would seem that Milwaukee has had a profound impact on our society.
I encourage anyone who has enjoyed this video to check out the "Grave Explorations" channel here on RUclips. Matt, its creator/videographer/historian has produced some exceptional work.

What a wonderful production. I would love to see additional shows from other large cemeteries. As a side note I am now wondering if the A O Smith water heaters I see all the time while doing home inspections are connected to the gentleman interred here.

The monument attributed to Allen - Bradley Corp. founder Lynde Bradley at 26:54 into this video is actually that of my great grand uncle Charles Trueworth Bradley, early Milwaukee industrialist & banker, 1818 - 1893. The two Bradley families were not related. C.T. Bradley's monument stands adjacent to that of his friend and fellow banker Alexander Mitchell, grandfather of General Billy Mitchell, featured here at 31:54

Alice Krebs is now in her drawer, she passed away in 2021. 10 years after this was filmed.
She wasn’t sad about it she said and said it doesn’t feel cold at all at the time.I wonder how she feels about it now? 🤔
    R.I.P. Alice
