Don’t ever tell a cop how fast you were going if they didn’t get you on radar. They may tell you they won’t give you a ticket, but if you tell them you’re going 35 over and they decide they are giving you a ticket there’s nothing you can do about it. Also don’t speed in town. I’ve been riding for years with no crashes. Dropped my bike a couple times when I was younger. I never speed in town. If you’re going over the speed limit and a car pulls out you don’t have as much time to react. There’s a time a place for speeding. On a busy road isn’t it
Ikr if he was doing the actual speed limit of 45mph and locked up his brakes then he needs to find a different vehicle, Btw he never locked up the rear. It was obvious it was just the front.. Such a novice.. Imagine if the cop wasnt around, he would smash the guy's mirror and not even give it a sec thought. Love how he starts being all nice because the cop is there.

I have no idea where this is, but in states where it snows in the winter, they have low speed limits to compensate for icy/snowy conditions. One possible reason in this case.
