    Thank you for the recipe. So easy to follow. I made it with pandan and cranberry, and it was so soft and light.

    Haha, i made it into matcha raisin dinner rolls, am so blur forgot the egg, no wonder the dough was dry...then I splashed some water, luckily it turned out well, thanks for your sharing ❤😊

      You are most welcome! Yes, of course. But, don't add too much inclusion as it will affect the texture and rising.

    Is sourdough also types of prefermented dough? Can I use and type of prefermented like sponge preformented together with yudane?

      Hi, thanks for watching and your question. Sourdough starter is natural yeast. You can use the instant yeast. There are few recipe in my blog using instant yeast. Just use one of the following recipe and add cinnamon powder and raisin in the dough.
