    Brisket tastes good with rice. I'm a Filipina here in Las Vegas and I love Texas BBQ especially brisket and beef rib. They are the best. Good thing here you have buffets that serve them and it's pure bliss eating them unlimited.

    American bbq restaurants need to take note on how the Koreans finish smoked chicken on the grill by caramelizing the sauce. At the 12:41 mark. Normally I hate to order chicken at bbq restaurants in Texas cause it's just plain smoked. No searing, just soggy skins. Just like how viet cajuns improve crawfish in Houston, the Koreans improved smoked chicken. Heck, they know how to do chicken (Bon Chon, Hodadak, Dak n Bop, etc)

    I hate places that cuts their Brisket super thin its going to dry out faster and its just plain stingy.

      I thought so too, until I see the sliced brisket at the 13:46 mark. It looks fine. I think it was just the earlier shot that happened to be thin.
