It helps by thinking about y we are only ok sometimes and helps us deal with broken hearts our babies taken to early abuse rape and it significantly shows us we all deep down feel this way. If only more people in the world cared about others

I really appreciate everything you do for these people. My nanna just got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and she has 6 months left to live. The song in the background, supermarket flowers is the song she wants played at her funeral. This year has really taken its toll on me. I keep arguing with my mum and I feel so alone. Watching your videos make me feel so happy and I just want you to know how much I appreciate everything you do!
There are so many people in this world who are depressed but never tell you.
It's likely because depression has been viewed in such a negative light, as in its viewed as a weakness or a horrible condition.. yes it makes us feel bad.. but it should be normalized so people dont hold it in.. that's when it can get really bad. Talking, sharing and just listening can help so much.. it shows the person that somebody does care.. and sometimes it's all we need is to know we matter.. know someone is listening.

Furthermore different Muslim countries have different religious teaching; so North African countries Islam is extremely lenient and permissive than the middle eastern one. Then you have the Shiite in countries like Iran which is extremely restrictive and harsher toward women
This can mean absolutely everything to somebody. A simple hug or "I'm thinking of you" can make someone's day. You're doing great things.

In the real world I’m non confrontational, smile at strangers, help strangers, etc…. thanks to my empathetic and sensitive feelings. Oddly enough, that same sensitivity was causing me to take things personally on social media, and instead of being kind to toxic/hurting/judgmental people I “jumped in the muck with them” and it was draining. I now do my best to understand where they are coming from, have patience, be kind no matter what, or just not feed into it. I still have my moments, especially when it’s a subject I feel extremely passionate about, but, even at my not young age, I’m a work in progress, always will be.
