One of my favorite TTRPG characters was my CoG Ahroun Jim Carries-Big-Stick. Jim was very much the "party dad" (to the point everyone thought he was not an Ahroun) and during a major Moot where rivals challenged our sept for control of a cairn, they deemed a best of three honor duel would suffice. Two NPCs (a Get and a Wendigo) were selected by the sept leader, then he called out Jim. When our rivals mocked him, he simply said, "These two are some of my finest warriors. This guy is the one their scared of." Turns out Jim being relatively quiet and rarely giving into his Rage, proved that the anger of a patient man was something to be feared. And yes, Jim proceeded to beat the stuffing out of my opponent (a Red Talon Ahroun) without so much as getting a scratch
It really is a shame these videos didn't get more attention. All of them are absolutely brilliant. From the Kindred Lore to Garou, you have done an excellent job. 👏
I know technically not a member of the Children of Gaia but I do think that Samuel Haight, an "Ultimate Badass" of the WOD, deserves at least an honorable mention since he was a kinfolk of the tribe and the Children do see him as their biggest shame and example of someone who has fallen from grace so to speak, though granted I think it would take an entire video to explain his history seeing as how he is the only werewolf mage ghoul blood sorcerer.
@@lazarofstygia2241 Speak of the devil eh? Funny to stumble across prophetic comments like this when rewatching older videos for the umpteenth time. I re-watch the whole lot frequently.
As an Australian, I find it pleasing and weird that Australian garou seem to be a lot nicer than garou of other countries. Or at least less quick to the "get mad and kill shit" routine.
Packs of Garou: Damn humans, just kill them all and eat them! Children of Gaia: No, we're not supposed to do that. Other Garou: But they're so tasty...
The Children of Gaia are the only reason I can stand the awfulness in Werewolf. They break my heart, and this video succeeded in deepening my love for them.
@@nateperkins9860 im not talking about the awfulness they intended. I like that awfulness. But the presumptions Werwolf makes and the stereotypes it reinforces and the bigotry it reinforces is very problematic.

@Graham Bodie i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Children of Gaia is one of the most missunderstood tribes, they are more like Clerics of the Forest rather than ... hippies .... by all means one of the most difficult tribes to play along with the Get of Fenris and theRed Talons
"I can’t help but wonder what they might have been, if things had turned out differently. Sometimes you can almost see it. Almost." The W20's stereotype that Coggies hold for Red Talons. It makes me cry.

I have looked on and off since this came out for the music, still haven’t found it.
Please turn on subtitles...
Thanks for the videos, and greetings from Brazil!!!

Sam the Skinner's long and unusual 2nd edition career is definitely going to be a video all on its own

You mean you're low key comparing this to reality? Yeah, nah. 😂
Seems like most of the Aussies I've worked with and met. Chill and friendly, until you behave like a jackass.

Cernonous seems to be lacking in imbuing the Bunyip clones with any spiritual linkage, so a trip to the Umbral area to meet with Rainbow Serpent.
Also, love the music for this one. ;)
Congratulations on the Children of Gaia man!
Thanks!
You're welcome pal👍.
I know you don't have the biggest channel but keep up the good work! You've got amazing content. Can I ask, what mic/video editing program do you use?
I use Audacity, because like a janny, I do it for free.

Ah, the Children of Gaia, aka one of the few tribes in the Garou Nation that isn’t almost entirely a bunch of egomaniacal ecofascists!

They are the only reason I can tolerate Werewolf. They are a giant vein of silver (gold?) lining in the horrific monsters that are most of the tribes.
@@ItCameFromTheSkyBeLo but that’s kind of the point, almost all of the VTM games have players ply monsters in one way or another.
