Yeah Cook can put a padlock on a gate which requires you to lockpick a gate or door twice. He can also padlock a gate or door after you have already opened it! lmfao about the "what is a woman" comment. People come up with the wildest names sometimes

I’m not sure. I was lvl 99 before November 2023 I think and the game came out in August 2023. But I have around 650 hours total played
