Because that guy is a shady guy. He was dismissed from service for trying to convert duplicate currency notes into legitimate currency notes about a couple of years back. Congress seems to have taken a con guy's words a little too seriously. Do you think Congress would go to court over this ?? No way. They know that the courts would kick them out for wasting their time and also might penalize them. Anyways what is hard proof is that crores of rupees have already been confiscated from Kamal Nath's aide's house.. Mind you they have been in power for just a couple of months and they have already looted so much money ??!! And that too from money that was allocated for child welfare !!?? We can all sympathize with the people of MP. Looks like they would be witness to lot more corruption scandals in coming years thanks to Congress state government.
