Health Diary - Finding I have less pain in gall bladder area by eating vegetables and seeds first but also taking the pills that break down the food first that lessens the pain. Woke up at 3am Sunday, went back to sleep at 9pm. Then I woke up at midnight!!! Lay there for two hours...couldn't sleep because of freezing cold thighs and itchy neck/face. Gave up, worked on 'Already dead" for two hours. Went back to bed but couldn't sleep. Legs and feet freezing and pain in gall badder area. Dry itchy neck. So currently running on three hours sleep again.
On Insta , a friend said it sounds like Thyroid problems. Thyroid problems cause gallbladder and digestion and cold hands and feet. So i am hoping to get that tested this week.
Really have no idea what to eat.

Hey JBX Love your Songs 🎉😂❤Try doing everything anti inflammation foods ( buy an herb encyclopedia and it tells you what herb to take for each symptom, let me know how you feel after herbs like Curry Tumeric Thyme etc I play guitar 65yrs old in PhxAz herbs are the best road with blueberries bananas fruits soups with garlic and cayenne pepper added & tons of fluids black seed herb and Chaparral herb 🌿 make herb teas 🎉😂❤

~:" blueberries bananas fruits soups " are unfortunately very very very high in sugar which i cant handle. Sugar is pro inflammatory.
Herbs can be full of lectins and absorption blockers and feed the bad bacteria.
I've tried all that stuff and it got worse as you'll see in the above video.
It's a lot more complicated than people are taught.
