I lost a screw out of a saw out in my garage after doing some woodworking. It was a small screw about the size of an ant and I have cleaned up, swept and vacuumed before I noticed it was missing. Over 2 months later I moved a hose out from my dust collection system (not the first time I had moved it since losing the screw) and the screw rolled out in front of me.
