Yes, she has a filthy, unsanitary kitchen and is not using proper cleaning practices. You have to wash your hands with warm soapy water after handling raw eggs, whether store bought or farm fresh. The counter should have been sanitized after cracking the eggs. Food borne illnesses present as 24/48 hour stomach bugs if you are young and reasonably healthy. We know they eat dinner late. It takes about 4 to 6 hours after eating for a food borne illness to effect a person which makes sense with her kids waking up sick during the night. My guess is that the cause was the crockpot sitting out all day. Even if it was on low temp, a crockpot is nothing but a party for bacteria.

Amazon sells Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer in bulk. She’s should have that one reoccurring delivery for like every week. I’ve never seen her use a cleaner not even a vinegar and water wipe. I use that a lot as it has disinfectant properties. All area cooked with food are disinfected and used knives are pit in the sink.Mever have I in my life made a sandwich for me or anyone on just a kitchen countertop. They’re disease breeding grounds.

Chickens only lay ONE egg per day. Some days they don't lay at all. She's blatantly lying when she says the record is 18. The only way that is even possible is if they eggs were not collected for 2-3 days. That being said, the eggs would still be good due to the protective coating that is on them when unwashed.

there is NO WAY her and Josh are wide awake and so spunky at 5am. there’s no morning voices, no morning yawns, both fully dressed. plus you can tell by the glare on the oven, and the glare on the smoothie glasses, that the sun is up. the sun doesn’t rise in her area until about 6:30.

I have commented on her videos multiple times that Alicia, isn’t sanitary. She touches meat, and then touches other food. She always puts her hands in the bowl of eggs because she cracks them on the bowl instead of a different surface. Plus the way she cleans the surface of the table with that nasty cloth makes me sick just looking at it. She needs to learn proper sanity instructions. I always feel bad for her children because of the way she cooks food.
A sick chicken won't lay eggs. But my grandad always let the chickens out because they like to scratch around and stuff. If they are cooped all the time they can get fed up. Then they also won't lay.
And, I don't know where she came up with her math on the eggs. Chickens lay one egg a day. Every once in a great while a new layer or one that's getting old will pop up with 2. No way did her 9 hens give her 16 eggs. Thats probably where the tummy bug came from, leaving them out there in the chicken house.
If the eggs are unwashed (straight from the chickens), you can leave them on the counter for a few weeks. There is a protection layer around the eggs, but once they are washed they have to be eaten soon.

I have never cooked frozen ravioli for more than a few minutes. It falls apart. I’ve made the same thing in the oven and it took no time to cook in the oven.
I was wondering that because I did the five cheese ravioli an first time it fell apart after that I didn't let it cook that long again so some hrs will be extra mushy
Alicia would benefit from a back to basics cookery classes so that she knows how to cut up onions, reduce food waste, how to handle raw meat and especially kitchen hygiene. She doesn't seem to have a clue how to cook nevermind cooking edible food as she throws whatever she wants with no understanding of flavours. A good majority of her meals are very high in calories and combined with the shelves full of junk food it's no wonder why some of her kids have weight issues. Part of being a parent is to provide healthy and tasty food and not doing so is neglect which in turn is abuse. It frustrates me that these children are living this way. People keep saying that it is better than being in the system but this just highlights that in many countries including mine are failing our most vulnerable and it's not okay.

I've Been researching baking soda and baking powder.. I'm sure I read not to mix the 2. I'm going to have to have another look. If it's right and she mixes them like this that explains why the cakes don't get eaten. They taste yuk... I have chickens and there pretty hardy they don't have to get vet checks etc.. but with Alisha anything is possible..lol

How long does the food that she cooks for the kids breakfast sit out on those plates until the kids actually eat it? If you look at the clock behind her she has those plates filled at a little after 6:00 am. I am sure that her kids are not even up yet. Need to check into that as well. I have noticed many, many things about her that I do not feel comfortable with. She over buys things for the kids for birthdays and Christmas ......why? Maybe out of guilt or to make her look like a great and perfect parent? She does not have me convinced. I really wish she would be checked out completely and taken off all her "stages" and her kids maybe taken away and to really and truly good homes.
