@@thatperformer3879 Other people's stupidity hurt me. Does every day. And I learned to enjoy laughing at it in return. You in the business of being stupid ? My kind of guy. Can work with that.
I remember a meditation guru saying you can't both count and doubt; the counting may seem pointless but it gives your brain something to do instead of worrying and making yourself anxious, it's a great way to start something with fresh mind.
I studied Alexander technique for many years and it brought me out of chronic leg pain. I use it in daily movement. It shows you how to stop, then NOT move in your habitual way. We learn to spot how you always react. Unwinding that and NOT moving for a moment before moving, that makes a huge difference.
Really enjoyed this gentleman. He explained the technique clearly, without too much jargon. Gonna try his suggestions before I forget the wisdom he passed on...
I love @filmcourage 💖 Storytelling is not a practice that exists or happens in a vacuum. The w/holistic approach to the (filmmaking) process presented in your content is refreshing and informs a richer overall experience (for me). Thank you! 🙏🏽
Alternativeli, circulation from head to toe or vice versa for a few minutes can make body active, brisk and vibrant. Circulation technique can be used anywhere. It drives off lethargy
Do you meditate? Has it helped you?
No.
I do love making fun of those who do, though. Please, keep meditating.

No insight power. May be good for seniors, but not for actors.
