I love the story. And the production is really on point. I'm just sad that the characters are a bit underdeveloped. Everything happened illogically 😝 I still love the chemistry of the cast
I agree with @Katie Ng. I really enjoyed the first four episodes of the series and the cinematography was awesome. However I'll have to say that this last episode disappointed me; I felt that the characters of Liz and Aiden (and the father, too) were rather "forced out" for this ending. Anyway, kudos to the production team as I feel this series was enjoyable overall! :)

Yes I agreed. Cinematography and everything else is great. Acting also ok. But the plot is really... it seems to revolve around a really trivial part of life, like work? And that the biggest problem of the female lead's life is too much work?! Lol ok...
Believed they wanted to capture an audience and the only way to do so is by a short and sweet series! The writing could be improved yes but kudos to the production team because the whole series looks beautiful.

so, uh, i'm not a professional or anything, but i watch serials quite a lot, so..... here's my review.
is it just me but the whole story is basically just like every k-drama ever? like, a not-very-rich girl who is very pretty and nice to people and a rich guy who is a company heir got together somehow and then there's this jealous girl who tries to break them apart and the rich guy's parent ((which appears to be his dad, not mom, in this series)) who prefers the jealous girl and dislikes the maim girl but at the end they all reconcile and everyone's got their own happy endings? "this is why" is better than this series from that one aspect, storyline. but i actually kind of enjoyed watching it because it is very beautifully shot, and it has this calming effect (?) to me. the casts' acting are good too, but the main couple could've been better in that. but oh well, you guys are still my favorites, and i'm looking forward to your next works❤
tl;dr - poor story saved with good acting and GREAT cinematography (and BGM, too)

Roz Pho in my opinion is the best Actor/Actress in this series. Really good job playing the villain. I'm just a viewer, not a pro, so I can't say my opinion matter much here, but I can say that this series, at this stage, already attracted my interest. With more budget and time, I believe this will be something really big. Kudos everyone!

Watched this whole series and I must say you guys put quite some efforts into the shooting angles and the acting. I personally think Liz is the best in acting here. Cheers !

Words can't express how much this web series have changed your entire RUclips channel. I remember vividly your very first "This Is Why" series, which was very good -- plus point on the soundtrack as well, back then it was just a tad bit choppy. Well, it was your first series.
Now this, this is a whole new benchmark for your team and crew. It is so well done. It wasn't cheesy, every scene was shot beautifully and might I say, the acting from Liz was what I was rooting for through out all 5 episodes. She makes Liz's character comes to life with real jealousy, real political agenda, real remorse and real honesty.
It is such a privilege to watch this and I do hope to see more of this. Bravo & God Bless!!!

I really love this , I like how the different personality of the different actors stand out
Liz's character and personality was the root of the whole series. Without her, there won't be the webseries despite how much I had hated her!! Whoever played Liz was an amazing actress. Despite her being the poison of the relationships around her, I wonder what's her backstory and why she became like that. There is always a backstory why people grow into what they are now. I hope I get to see that. :)
But why are Aiden and Liz together in the end? that part was very vague, and I don't understand. It doesn't make sense. I can be glad they are together, but I would like to know what had happened between them when Chris had left, and that had lead to the current relationship. (and I feel very scared for Aiden in this relationship :/ )
I'm also curious, when Chri's dad had mentioned "I'm glad you had stepped out of your comfort zone," Will Chris ever get to tell his father his true feelings? Will he get to tell him where he finds true happiness?
I've so many more questions, but i'll just stop here ^^; The story is amazing, and I would like to see where it progresses later on if you ever make a second season. :)

Roz's acting never failed to make me wow...
I watched the entire series and I really enjoyed that they were short and easy to follow. I really liked the story but I'll play devil's advocate here and nitpick for some criticisms here.
I like Belle, I really do... but she was written to be TOO perfect, as if the whole world can be at fault but not Belle. I understand the story was not expanded and told over longer episodes so she was a simple character but she needed to have some flaws. Having a perfect protagonist is boring because you know everything will go smoothly for her.
What I think you could have changed is that she's "naive", optimistic to a fault and that would be her character-defining "flaw". Maybe have a few more bad things happen to Belle and have others comment that she's overly optimistic about things, even when it looks bad for her. It would make the story a bit more interesting and create a slightly less bland character in Belle.
Other than that, the whole series is amazing and I really adore the work I've seen here. Hope to see more projects like these in the future!

Cinematography is amazing, the soundtracks used are so soothing. All the episodes leading to this are great and had so much potential. But the corny turnaround back to company is too much. The apologies didn't feel right? Rather disappointed by the ending to this good series. Cheers.
