Cake looks good.I like the king Arthur brand. Sometimes with the yellow cake mix I will make a pumpkin bunt cake.

This looks good. If you miss bread, I highly recommend Red Lobster gluten free Cheddar bay biscuit mix. It tastes exactly the same. The mix can be a bit pricey but they are hands down the best gluten free mix I've ever tried, not dry at all.
