I used to order the Long John Silvers baked fish and dip it in butter when I lived in Joplin. I think they quit selling it. I haven't been there in many years though. Wisconsin cheese curds are the best! Maybe Craig would like cheesy creamy home made broccoli soup? I sent the jello pie recipe for my Grandsons to try.

The cheese sounds like it will be delicious! I use to eat a lot of cheese with fruit and nuts. I found thst when I snacked on that, I stayed full and kept my energy level without crashing (low sugar moment I guess). Anyway,. Im going to get some today. That was a nice present from my state of NC. Moonshine is a big thing here in NC and TN. Im sure it’s not the same as in the hollers feom long ago… but they sure do sell a lot of it. Popcorn Zion was just down the road from me in Maggie Valley, NC. I’ve read or watched something about the Walton distillery. It’s more on the coast and I’m opposite side to west in the mountains. Very generous and nice gift! I enjoyed your videos very much. The pie looked good! Enjoyed the book…. Rest up from the last few days.
