- The NCAA announced that Penn State's football team is getting back 112 wins which were taken away during the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal. Joe Paterno's son Jay joins Bob Ley today on Outside the Lines to discuss today's news.

No, they didn't all get together to frame Sandusky. Once Penn State fired Joe Paterno and made it known they would be paying out $millions to anyone who claimed they were abused by Sandusky, they individually came forward because they new it was easy money.

HE DID GOT TO THE POLICE!!! PSU campus police are a fully recognized PA police force, they carry guns they can make arrests and over half of them have federal law enforcement training, and they were fully notified!
