So good to talk about remembering to put the dual feed on the D feet, I have to remind myself as it’s easy to forget. Would be nice if there was a little reminder before you start sewing. Anyway, I’ll get used to it soon. Great video 😃
I try and mention it as many times as I can because it’s an easy thing to forget. We see it all the time haha. I also agree wish there was some little reminder on the screen. Thank you!
I’m so excited for when my machine comes in and I have the 97 foot. I’m working on my first quilt and my quarter inch is under my foot so I have a hard time sometimes being able to stay straight and not veer to the outside of my foot lol
It will be an exciting day for you. After all of the videos you'll be a pro at it. :) Yes the 97 foot is wonderful and with the guide that comes with it that screws into the base of the machine makes it even easier to keep your fabric lined up.:)
Excellent information, would you consider doing the threading for the 570/590… I keep having issues with upper thread - thread nests and suspected as a threading error but not sure what I am doing wrong. On the Bernina website threading video they don’t show where exactly you’re putting the thread by the number one and number four arrows
Outstanding presentation! I was trying to decide between the 570 and 590, ṭhis is definitely helping my decision. Very much thank you!

I really enjoy your videos. Does the 570 have the pin point function on embroidery section? Keep up the great videos, you do an excellent job.
Yes, The new current model 570 has pin point placement 😀😀😀

I will add it to my list and work on it ASAP. :) Thanks for the video suggestion.
How do I engage the dual feed?
Hi I have the 590. Do you need to attach the slide on table when embroidering or is it personal choice. Thank you
The slide on table is optional when embroidering. When it’s not on you have access to the free arm. Which is great for embroidering on shirts.
