Bare in mind, the 60D is a crop sensor body, which means that a 50mm focal length lens has a similar output to an 80mm lens on a full sensor body (1.6x50mm). meaning on the 60D it will appear more zoomed
Gravy Ear , excellent point. The nifty-fifty was my first lens and I really enjoy it, but I did not fully understand the crop factor...which pushes it out to 80mm. I’m now looking at a prime 24mm to get close to 35mm w/o being overly wide for my purposes. The 50mm is a keeper; the value of this lens is indisputable but IMHO understanding the crop factor in relation to lenses is vital to making well-informed decisions. Good video by this brother...Be well.👍🏾
Thank you for spending the time to talk very clear and to give me the information that I need, I purchased a 60D and the 24-70 F 2.8 in “L”glass lens, But I could only find a 35mm f i.8 lens. These lens take wonderful pictures and my son is going to use the camera to do his friends wedding. Again let me thank for a great video that has been a big help for us.
Thanks for informative video , i have canon 60D and i have online store, need to take some photos of the products, which lens is good for that shooting? Thank you
Thanks! Glad it it was helpful! lol, no subliminal Mary Poppins advertising here, just a leftover poster I have from a local production that my wife was in last year.

Do you use the magic lantern? can it enable videos at 1080p 60fps on the 60d?
Is it real to fit 24-70 & 50 EF!!! on crop 60D (EF-S) ???
Yes! Canon EF lenses fit on the Canon 60D because the camera has both a EF and EFS lens mount. Hope that helps!
