With slag like that, must be stick welding.... that's a pretty long weld. Is the machine fed a long rod with flux, or on a roll?

Nothing new with this, they have been welding RSJ beam sections with Submerged arc for 60 years as I know.
AS PER SEEN THE VIDEO ACTUAL WELDING AMPS ARE NOT MAINTAIN PROPERLY-BY OPERATORS THAT WHY WELDING THK & FLANGE WAVINESS BECAME MOSTLY
