    Such a great vid! I considered doing PSLF but the uncertainty of it also sounded too risky. Thank you for presenting such a succinct argument! I hadn’t even thought twice about the significance of having to work full time and the effect it could have on my future family. You’re like a PA big sister

    Great video! I have yet to see a PA discuss this topic and I completely agree! That’s one of the big reasons I chose PA over MD. More time to commit to financial freedom and entrepreneurship! There is so much fine print in loan forgiveness programs

I was wondering if you could do a video on what you would do a a new grad in order to better a millionaire quicker in retrospect? like would you focus ur time on real estate? Or would you focus on aggressively paying off loans? I feel like post grad you and now you have to have two complete different perspectives. Thanks again!
