Uhm. Will try to do that if I have the time How you can do this You’ll need to partition the Pen Drive. one partition with the installation media and the other partition for Kali Linux. You can then create a bootable disk with the installation media partition and then install on the Main Partition of the drive.

How do you mean you can’t?
You can just Open Settings on VirtualBox and adjust the Base Memory or Processor under System Settings
