There’s a radio in one of the bathrooms that plays multiple renditions of the original Luigi’s Mansion theme tune. (One of my favorite tunes of all time!)
You left out one important reference, when you gave Dr Egadd's case back to him, he mentions he gave a prototype version of Gooigi to SOMEONE for testing it, that he was referencing Luigi's Mansion's remake for the 3DS, since that was Gooigi's first appearance. And that someone was likely Luigi from the past.
Also Egadd can time travel or something since i think it was on the Nintendo Twitter page where they showed how Gooigi was made and it showed that Egadd sent him with a past Luigi to learn how to ghost hunt
Up in the 15th floor, the master suite, there is a reference to luigi’s mansion: Dark moon, it’s a small replica of the Gloomy manor as well as a tiny dark moon, if you interact with it, you get a fun surprise =D
I was in nostalgia when I came across That! Me: *gasp* also me: *wanting to cry inside and screams internally* I wish a greenie appeared or if luigi looked inside, he would see memories and flashbacks and if he backs out, he would be like "oh yeah" all happy that he remembered those times.
The same model is found hiding in the far back left room of the 11th floor under a table covered in cloth. The 2nd floor also has some paintings of the first game's mansion I believe.

It also plays in the boiler works if you activate the Disco also there's 2 reference to dark Moon one of them say painting you find all over the hotel what are you doing is the model of the gloomy manor with the dark Moon on floor 15

And speaking of Dark Moon quotes, you missed a little extra bit- at 1:13 the only thing you pointed out about King Boo's dialogue was the Mario joke, but actually, later in the same scene, he says "But guess what? I GOT OUT!", which is a direct reference to his dialogue from the second game. ...Edit literally 10 seconds later: Funny enough, the original version of that parody quote at the top is the line directly before the "I GOT OUT!" line in Dark Moon. Huh. Funny how that worked out.

Also after finishing up on the Paranormal Productions set, DO NOT suck up Morty in the editing room (which is the mistake I made) because if you visit him towards the end of the game, he will have finished editing and you can watch a secret video.

This kind of ruined an idea for my paper Mario fan-game, at the end E Gadd will take of his glasses to reveal that he's under the control of a virus that is taking over the world. (The boss would be called "Emperor Exitium Gadd").
I see Kazumi Totaka is on the credits. I wonder if Totaka's song is hidden here ? He also worked on Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon but no sighting of it there yet. Some hunting to be done I think.
There's a backstage room in the theater level. In it, you can find a piano that needs the keys restored via dark light. When you restore the keys, press X near the piano and the tune from the Dark Moon library piano will play
i was staying in the elevator after it reached a floor, listening to the elevator’s sing actually trying to hear totaka’s song. however i did hear luigi hum to the music after being idle for a while. no totake though.. I sat there for 5-8 minutes maybe? too short? ah well.
Apparently, if you visit the room hidden behind the left curtain in Floor 4, after defeating the boss, if you restore the piano with the dark light (and after defeating the ghosts in there as well), the tune it plays is supposed to be a reference to Dark Moon if I’m correct.
I dont know if i am right, but each time you press a when professor E Gadd calls, it sounds like when an exclamation mark appeared on Mario and luigi partners in time

If you go to the left side of the room, there will be a piece of cloth that you can pull revealing a fish tank or some sort, there is a mini Luigi's Mansion 2 inside of it.
Heres one, on the grand stage (floor 4) if you return after defeating the boss you can enter backstage and using the darklight on the piano you can then interact with it playing the library piano from Dark Moon Speaking of Dark Moon, on floor 15 there is a miniature model of a mansion, clearly being the Gloomy Manor from Dark Moon Next to that, the cutscene that plays when defeating floor 3’s boss changes depending on if you play it solo or co-up Also the final fight against “The Portrait Incapsulator” is on the roof and next to that a square arena, with on the roof being the same as in the original and square arena being like King Boo’s Illusion from Dark Moon And finaly when King Boo is open to attack instead of having stars above him its the Dark Moon
Also, you probably can't call this an Easter egg, but there's a special part of King Boo's theme, kind of a little background tune that plays when you are near anything related to him. (For example, the final boss fight, your first encounter with him, when you are going down the dark hallway towards him at the beginning, and when you're looking at his statue in the Master Suite.)

The elevator music is the Gloomy Manor theme from Dark Moon. Gloomy Manor and the Dark Moon itself appear in a lot of paintings and such around the hotel too. Tons and I mean TONS of Dark Moon references are scattered around, I’m surprised you didn’t find any.
@@potatoking4227 On the Magic and Magician themed floor there's a room where you can find a rug that has the same pattern as the carpet in The Shinning. During the Sewer level you can find many paper boats scattered around and near the end of the level you can find a single floating balloon.

There are some Easter eggs in the ghost capture animations: When you capture Amadeus Wolfgeist (the piano ghost) he takes a bow. This is a reference to the term used when a musician/singer has their final performance. It’s called there final BOW. This is why he bows himself. Also when you capture Serpci (the Egyptian ghost) she folds her arms over her chest in an X shape which is how pharaohs we’re buried in ancient egypt.
In one of the rooms, 506-508, there is a reference to “The Chronicles of Narnia.” When you plunge the wardrobe, it opens up to reveal a hidden panting that gives you some coins.
When u go to the backstage in the music hall, you can repair the piano with your blacklight and when playing it afterwards it will play a small part of the library piano song from luigi’s mansion dark moon
You missed some easter eggs, the lab we see in the game is actually redesign of the bunker from luigis mansion dark moon, and you missed that the car egad drives is the same car in dark moon where you find the poltergust 500 in that game. Plus the high five does happen in dark moon and we see multiple pictures of the gloomy mansion I the hotel, in the fitness room the treadmill plays a donkey kong theme for a split second. The scarescrape has a boss from luigis mansion 1, and a new star powerup is in the scarescraper
When Helen Gravely enters the elevator together with Mario and the others, you can't see her reflection in the mirror behind her. You also can spot the second boss in the Foyer when Luigi first enters the hotel.
Along the same lines as the Super Mario Bros theme when you're standing next to mario in the beginning, if you stand next to peach, Peach's Castle theme plays
there is one easter egg or secret that you might have missed, when you are in the shopping mall in multiplayer, when you defeat the boss in multiplayer, you will get a different cutscene where Luigi says woohoo i did it and then gooigi says woohoo I do it.
The one you forgot, Kruller on Floor 3 does the same actions as Paul Blart did in Mall cop, the Roll to the box is exactly Similar to what Paul Blart did. Well everyone knows that reference...
There is also a Gloomy Manor Replica in King Boo's Master Suite. Whatever the floor was Called that spawns in a Goldie that will also Jump scare the Player.
One of my favorite easter eggs I found was what I believe to be a reference to the Old Boy corridor fight scene. It's on the 15th floor when you come out from retrieving one of the keys. Your path is blocked and the camera pans to a bunch of ghosts armed with pool sticks, hammers, and brooms.
When on the great hall, the 4th floor of the hotel, before you defeat the boss there, the sound of the distant piano plays the tune of the first act of Moonlight Sonata, composed by Beethoven. The boss in the same area is named Amadeus Wolfgeist, partly named after the famous classical composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Peach's Castle theme from Mario 64 plays if you approach her before checking in, and I'm not sure what plays when you approach the Toads. Also, there's an achievement for capturing 999 ghosts. Perhaps it's a nod to Disney's Haunted Mansion?
it could also be a not the the zombie games too in dead rising and left 4 dead where you had to kill a certain number of zombies to get the achievements
You missed some Dark Moon references. One being the moon in the Pirates area where you fight Captain Fishhook, and the other being on floor 15 in one of the rooms, the one where you have to rotate the table to get the key, one of the items that flips up is a small scale model of the mansion from Dark Moon along with the moon once again.

There’s a reference to Ghostbusters in the lobby. One of the gems (I think the yellow) requires you and Gooigi to stand on opposite sides of a chandelier and aim up at it while vacuuming, reminiscent of the ballroom scene where the Ghostbusters capture Slimer in the first film.
did you know nintendo showed us the new poltergust a long time ago? in the smash trailer for the belmont brothers, luigi is using the new poltergust, and if u look closely during luigi's final smash, you can spot the green tank of goo on the back.
Something I noticed where the purple Balloon is, is that if you stay next to the sewer vent you can start to hear deep grunts and from what I can remember a laugh.
When you get the goo for the first time, E Gadd says, “I had a little help from someone to test the prototype.” The word “someone” is in green. This is a reference to the remake of the OG Luigi’s Mansion on the 3ds for when you could use Gooigi that you got from future E Gadd.
You can actually find a poster referencing Rocky movie. Where he stands on the stairs admiring sunrise. Another reference is before Hellen Gravely fight. When you coming out of the third room with another key. Camera pans from Luigi and shows corridor full of ghost with different stuff in their hands (one holds a hammer) and it’s reference to a movie Oldboy (2003). How you couldn’t see it?:(
On the Final Floor, there's one room where you have to turn the floor a bit and get a Key. One of the sections that comes out of the floor is the Dark Manor, or the first manor from Dark Moon. Clicking on it gives you a close-up and a gold ghost I believe.
7:15 disappointed that I never spotted the carpet one, but another interesting reference to the shining is the number on the helmets of the firefighter goobs on the movie set floor, which is 237
8:35 YOU MISSED SOMETHING! I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one noticing but Luigi using the TV as portals is also a reference it's a reference to Persona 4, when the protagonist enters the TV to get in the TV world
Forgive the commenting spam, but I just thought of something I noticed. Maybe not an Easter egg, but something interesting (at least to me). It's when you find Toad when you return to the Boilerworks to retrieve the part for the Poltergust G-00 for Prof. E. Gadd. When Toad is following Luigi, you can hear little squeaky sounds when he walks. In 1989, the Mario Bros. had a cartoon show entitled "The Super Mario Bros. Super Show." There were times when Toad made little squeaky noises when he jumped up and down on this show. Not sure if that's a reference or not, but just an observation I made.
On the last floor in the living room, there is an house where you can interact to reveal a golden ghost, this house is a replica to the first mansion in LMDM. You also can see the dark moon. This poltergeist is called : ectoblast GL-U in french (because gluigi of course)
Not a reference to anything but under the elevator in B2, there’s a little room that is supposed to represent Clem’s little secret home (unlocked when saving the red Toad for the 2nd time). In that room, there is a dinning table with two chairs, a candle and most importantly, a bucket with a face and a mop as its hair. Basically Clem is having dates with an imaginary girlfriend made out of janitor supplies. Neat secret in my opinion!
Also, in the Egyptian themed room with all the sand, you can find a genie lamp. If you suck on it three times(that’s what she said), a money ghost will appear. This is a reference to Aladdin where the genie appears when the lamp is rubbed three times.
The shop postcards have the Dark Moon on them, pictures on the walls have a mansion and the Dark Moon, also, there's a model of the Gloomy Manor in a room on the top floor. Also there's the Mall Cop on floor 3.
If you stand beside of Princess Peach in the hotel lobby, peach's castle theme will play :)

Actually it’s not a morph ball, it’s just the ball from the Mario strikers series, even if it really looks like a morph ball
Yeah, you can't see it very well here but it's actually a strikers ball and the black spots are silhouettes of the different characters
It represents Mario Strikers Charged, but the poster behind the Dark Moon one is the one who represents Federation Force.

There are some Easter eggs in the ghost capture animations: When you capture Amadeus Wolfgeist (the piano ghost) he takes a bow. This is a reference to the term used when a musician/singer has their final performance. It’s called there final BOW. This is why he bows himself. Also when you capture Serpci (the Egyptian ghost) she folds her arms over her chest in an X shape which is how pharaohs we’re buried in ancient egypt.
In one of the rooms, 506-508, there is a reference to “The Chronicles of Narnia.” When you plunge the wardrobe, it opens up to reveal a hidden panting that gives you some coins.
It’s funny how Mario is just staring at the food and not eating it.

When u go to the backstage in the music hall, you can repair the piano with your blacklight and when playing it afterwards it will play a small part of the library piano song from luigi’s mansion dark moon

You missed some easter eggs, the lab we see in the game is actually redesign of the bunker from luigis mansion dark moon, and you missed that the car egad drives is the same car in dark moon where you find the poltergust 500 in that game.
Plus the high five does happen in dark moon and we see multiple pictures of the gloomy mansion I the hotel, in the fitness room the treadmill plays a donkey kong theme for a split second. The scarescrape has a boss from luigis mansion 1, and a new star powerup is in the scarescraper

there is one easter egg or secret that you might have missed, when you are in the shopping mall in multiplayer, when you defeat the boss in multiplayer, you will get a different cutscene where Luigi says woohoo i did it and then gooigi says woohoo I do it.

Theres a painting of gloomy manor in the hallway where luigi gets his room and a gloomy manor diorama on the top floor of the hotel.
Gloomy Manor paintings are actually somewhat common around the hotel floors. You can also find them often in ScareScraper!
There is also a Gloomy Manor Replica in King Boo's Master Suite. Whatever the floor was Called that spawns in a Goldie that will also Jump scare the Player.
In the last floor there was a very obvious nod at Dark Moon.
One of my favorite easter eggs I found was what I believe to be a reference to the Old Boy corridor fight scene. It's on the 15th floor when you come out from retrieving one of the keys. Your path is blocked and the camera pans to a bunch of ghosts armed with pool sticks, hammers, and brooms.

When on the great hall, the 4th floor of the hotel, before you defeat the boss there, the sound of the distant piano plays the tune of the first act of Moonlight Sonata, composed by Beethoven.
The boss in the same area is named Amadeus Wolfgeist, partly named after the famous classical composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Peach's Castle theme from Mario 64 plays if you approach her before checking in, and I'm not sure what plays when you approach the Toads.
Also, there's an achievement for capturing 999 ghosts. Perhaps it's a nod to Disney's Haunted Mansion?

You missed some Dark Moon references. One being the moon in the Pirates area where you fight Captain Fishhook, and the other being on floor 15 in one of the rooms, the one where you have to rotate the table to get the key, one of the items that flips up is a small scale model of the mansion from Dark Moon along with the moon once again.

There’s a reference to Ghostbusters in the lobby. One of the gems (I think the yellow) requires you and Gooigi to stand on opposite sides of a chandelier and aim up at it while vacuuming, reminiscent of the ballroom scene where the Ghostbusters capture Slimer in the first film.

When you coming out of the third room with another key. Camera pans from Luigi and shows corridor full of ghost with different stuff in their hands (one holds a hammer) and it’s reference to a movie Oldboy (2003). How you couldn’t see it?:(
On the Final Floor, there's one room where you have to turn the floor a bit and get a Key. One of the sections that comes out of the floor is the Dark Manor, or the first manor from Dark Moon. Clicking on it gives you a close-up and a gold ghost I believe.
If you go to the secret backstage room in The Great Stage and interact with the piano, it plays the library piano theme from Dark Moon.

The shop keys on floor 3 might be a reference to Luigi's Mansion 1 as the boss keys in that game were also based on card suits.
Forgive the commenting spam, but I just thought of something I noticed. Maybe not an Easter egg, but something interesting (at least to me). It's when you find Toad when you return to the Boilerworks to retrieve the part for the Poltergust G-00 for Prof. E. Gadd. When Toad is following Luigi, you can hear little squeaky sounds when he walks. In 1989, the Mario Bros. had a cartoon show entitled "The Super Mario Bros. Super Show." There were times when Toad made little squeaky noises when he jumped up and down on this show. Not sure if that's a reference or not, but just an observation I made.
One lil cute detail . As gooigi when you press the down left or right arrows ( not the abxy ones) he calls for Mario just like Luigi does

Not a reference to anything but under the elevator in B2, there’s a little room that is supposed to represent Clem’s little secret home (unlocked when saving the red Toad for the 2nd time).
In that room, there is a dinning table with two chairs, a candle and most importantly, a bucket with a face and a mop as its hair. Basically Clem is having dates with an imaginary girlfriend made out of janitor supplies.
