@@dragovsartcorner8618 LoR DE Philip is literally a third of the original Philip, if anything it's impressive and also scary that he even scales to SotC level. If a Whole Philip gained complete E.G.O and had some time to train, he could probably dogwalk the Big Three of the Library and Baral + Zena at the same time.
