I just started using the Bora x bo oven. I've used a Miele combi stem oven for a long time and that's why I'm looking for options. is it possible to select all the cooking steps immediately with manual cooking? for example, 20 minutes with steam at 200 degrees, 30 minutes without steam and 10 minutes on the grill. So that you don't have to change these stages manually during cooking.

Thank you for asking. If you are using the system in the manual function you are not able to queue different temperatures and the amount of steam that is being added. But you have the option to configure a program to your needs in order to do just that. To configure your custom program, you have to choose the automatic programs and swipe to the far right. You can create your own program there and the BORA X BO will do exactly what you want him to do. In addition you can save the programm if you liked the outcome in order to replicate it as often as you would want to.

Hallo Gaby, da wir unseren BORA X BO Dampfbackofen auch unserem internationalen Publikum näher bringen wollen, gibt es das Video aktuell nur auf Englisch, jedoch stehen praktische Untertitel beim Video zur Verfügung. Dazu in der Playerleiste die Untertitel aktivieren und beim Zahnradsymbol die Sprache Deutsch auswählen.
