What kind of motor do u recommend? I bought it as kit and I should buy motor too I’d rather sunnysky brand but don’t know which one is the best for this airplane
Thanks for the build video. I am finishing up my plane and my build experience tracks mostly with yours. One of the wings arrived with a sheared off nylon wing locking pin stuck in place and turning it to remove with needle nose pliers only results in the pin stretching and deforming. Any ideas? Once you have flown it a while your experience with rates and expo settings would be helpful. Enjoy the plane!
Bummer on that pin - so much for Q/C, but it is HK. I'm eagerly waiting to get it back in the air. I use OpenTX and set up 3 rates. The 3rd at max with 75% expo for 3D. The 1st for easy flying, 25% throw and 25% expo. The middle is at 50% but gets adjusted depending on how sensitive things are. I use a barebones AR610 receiver.
Prop a little loose, no problem, some hot glue on there. Plane a little tail heavy, just add a little hot glue to the nose. Batteries not fully charged, squirts a little hot glue on them and we’re good to go..
Hey there! Good question. Closer to 6 min. It depends a lot on your throttle management. Trying lots of 3D will shorten your flight time but running smooth circles under 1/2 throttle will extend it. This motor has TONS of power.
Looks just like my voltiguer except for the decals
Thankyou for the great video, just ordered mine. Very helpful video.
Glad it was helpful! Massive power on this beast. Enjoy!
Nice new toy!
LOL - that time of year to freshen up the fleet and decided to grab this thing. I'm looking forward to getting (and hopefully keeping) it in the air!

That plane appears to be just a different color Voltiguer.
