I think the biggest difference between Turkey and Uk is that in Turkey there are so many refugees . Turkey is a great country witch opened her doors for almost 4 million syrian refugees and they are always proud by themselves by the thing that they've done.

Honestly, I loved hearing alot about Turkey and I love to go there. Family ties and all, I wasn't excepting such a scathing view of England though (definitely not the whole UK). It did kind of hurt, as someone who has travelled up and down the UK extensively, it seriously felt like Jay's view was entirely localised on his opinions of a newspaper or two and just a borough and a town on the coast. The culture, linguistic and culinery diversity across the country is usually underplayed but I've almost never heard one so brutish about it. It is really sad to hear any country described in this way. I say England as opposed to the UK here because it really doesn't apply but even as far as fenlands, the midlands and Cornwall there is such a stark difference it really is just a shame it was all swept off. I'll leave an example. From any of the houses I've lived in I could walk a few hours (or drive 30 minutes) and pass atleast two churches over 500 years old, a handful of pubs, through 3 or 4 different regional accents, probably see people from at least 6 or 7 different cultures (the who varies across the country) as well as see statues and plaques of a dozen or two kings, poets, war heroes, authors, artists, human rights activists and more. You will never be more than 1h away from a beach, royal/national park or protected area of natural beauty by car. Let's say Jay's dislike of where he's been in the UK by no means is a good enough view of it. I will say though, on the topic of Turkey. I agree, I absolutely love İzmir and İstanbul and I can't wait for my next visit. Best wishes and hope for the economy and health! I love your vids Reşat! Keep it up.
CM, completely agree with your summary. Having lived on the outskirts of Manchester, the wilds of mid-Wales and the multi-cultural cities of Birmingham and Leicester (and many places in between) I think there is a huge diversity in the UK. The culture speaks for itself; Viking, Norman and Saxon invasions! Shakespeare, Wordsworth, the Bronte sisters and Robbie Burns. The Industrial revolution. A couple of the oldest Universities in the World. I think Jay's view is based on his experience of living in Cornwall, which whilst part of the beautiful countryside of the UK has not played a huge part in the evolution and expansion of the Country.

Because of Uzungöl videos, I travelled to Trabzon for Uzungöl (in June 2022). From that experience, I think Trabzon people are more religious that people in other cities in Turkiye that I have visited (Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, Goreme). The Friday prayer in the mosque in Trabzon is so full, so that many people have to pray outside. When entering premises, people say "Assalamualaikum" rather than "Merhaba". And I think the percentage of women wearing hijab are higher in Trabzon.
As a British women, Turkish men are a little different! I have visited Antalya and Istanbul and on both occasions I was not so keen. Maybe I shall revisit one more time. I am a veggie and progressing to fruit only. I like this video, both good opinions and views. 😊

AS AN ENGLISH MAN I WOULD AGREE THAT ENGLAND PEOPLE ARE VERY PRIVATE IN NATURE AND CLOSED OF FROM ANY CONVERSATIONS. TURKEY IS EXACTLY OPPOSITE AND A DOZEN PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE IN A CONVERSATION THE SAME TIME. I HAVE EXPERIENCE OF THIS ALSO IN ENGLAND. I just discovered ur RUclips channel. .is just amazing
I would like to live in Turkey 🇹🇷 love it 😍
Because of Uzungöl videos, I travelled to Trabzon for Uzungöl (in June 2022).
There are more religious cities than Trabzon. Besides, there are cities where alcohol is drunk like water :)
Oha Jay gelmiiiiişşşşş😻😻😻
Trabzon'da keşke yolda falan görseydim Jay'i :'(
Çok güzel bir Video olmuş. 👏👏👏👏👏
Jay ile beraber British aksanina dair icerikler istiyoruuz 🙏🙏🙏🙏

As a British women, Turkish men are a little different! I have visited Antalya and Istanbul and on both occasions I was not so keen. Maybe I shall revisit one more time. I am a veggie and progressing to fruit only. I like this video, both good opinions and views. 😊
Yes because Turkish men don't l9ok at women as sexual items, like yhe ENGLISH and the West sew them as. JUST LOOK AT THE ENGLISH MEDIA CHANNELS
Gün geçtikçe karizmatik oluyorsun reshhh 🔥🤌
Gardaj your English is Very wel, MashAllah sehr gut 👍.wo hast du das gelernt)
Interesante ambas culturas
We love too much our Turkish brothers and sisters from Pakistan 😇
And Jay he such a amazing person and kind hearted bcz he show the right face of Islam and Pakistan a land of pure people
Allah give him all the blessings of life which he want in his life
Turks don't like Pakistanis
I love Turkey and the Turkish people are very kind and friendly. Jay is extremely ignorant of the UK, of its culture (including multi-culturalism), heritage and natural environment. However, he is right about the right wing media
ACCEPT THE TRUTH BUDDY. ENGLISH PEOPLE ARE A PARANOID SOCIETY AND VIEW WOMEN AS SEX OBJECTS RATHER THAN A WOMAN WITH MORALS. THATS A FACT I CANT DENY. IM ALSO ENGLISH
12:13 take me to the lakes where all the poets went to die
AS AN ENGLISH MAN I WOULD AGREE THAT ENGLAND PEOPLE ARE VERY PRIVATE IN NATURE AND CLOSED OF FROM ANY CONVERSATIONS. TURKEY IS EXACTLY OPPOSITE AND A DOZEN PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE IN A CONVERSATION THE SAME TIME. I HAVE EXPERIENCE OF THIS ALSO IN ENGLAND. TURKEY IS JUST FUN AND PEOPLE ARE VERY OPEN TO CONVERSATION AND SOCIETY AS A WHOLE. ALSO THE BEAUTIFUL TURKISH WOMAN HAS MORALS TO LIVE BY, UNFORTUNATELY CANT SAY THAT ABOUT ENGLISH WOMEN ... TO CHEAP IS MY EXPERIENCE FOR THE ENGLISH WOMAN.
Personally speaking if we have a country half from Turkey half from England it would be a dream country.
In Bulgaria is too beautiful, warm, friendly people have, that's why many English people are there
I have been to Antalya Turkey 🇹🇷 it was the best country ever
6 ay sonra İngiltere'ye tasinacagim çok güzel ve yararlı bir video olmuş

My husband and I have had very bad experiences in Turkey. We planned to come to Turkey for medical treatment and did almost 2 years research and nothing prepared us for what happened to us.
Turkey is a great country but not for medical treatment .
@@Jawahir-l5u i do not know where u from writing this i have been all eu country but Turkey is far away more better Medical treatment than eu countrys
Turkey is best counrty for plastic surgery and teeth estetics. 🤔 But i don't know about other specialty.
@@Jawahir-l5u no brother, actually Turkey is good in medical treatment, i know so many foreigners come here for that. I am sorry for the bad result though
