Hi, I'm from Spain and I have olive trees at home. I've searched this fruit and it's called 'chinese olive' but it's not related with the european olive. The tree is called Canarium album and the fruit has the same aspect outside but different flavour than mediterranean olive. If you try this mix, it will be different taste because it isn't the same ingredient. Sorry for the long message. Have a nice day.
