I find that cruise plum works better for me for these searches since they have more sort features, and cruise plum also shows you the actual cost, not just the fare itself. Since port fees and taxes can vary by hundreds of dollars depending on the ports. I used to use vacations to go in the past but I now found that cruise plum is more to my liking.
There is also a shareholders' on board credit. If you have 100 shares of CCL stock you can get up to $250 OBC to spend on the ship. I was lucky to buy it right after Covid and have more than recouped my investment.
