This was not intended to be a guide and it's not a walkthrough. Although I struggled a bit and hoped to find a walkthrough back when I was playing this (especially the part where you have to get out from hell), I managed to play through and decided to capture the second time beating the game, thinking it might help someone (even though it's just a playthrough).
