Thanks for a great video.. one request. . it is often believed that finding values of Trends, Oscillations, Mixtures and clustering helps determine 'Stability' of data. Will be helpful for viewers if you can add more light on the difference between determining stability vs finding common/special cause of how process runs. Often both are perceived to be similar.

Run Chart will not tell data stability. It can only talk about presence of special causes. For checking data/process stability use control charts. IMR or P/U chart depending on data type.

You are good with run chart but you can use control chart also.

Hi Sir,
Suppose i want to create control chart with the quality score data, if we are using ucl and lcl then ucl is showing exact 100%

when you use percentage as data then maximum UCL could go up to 100%, not beyond. so it is ok if it comes as 100%. you can also use Minitab software to create control charts there it identify UCL and LCL on its own.
