WOKE UP IN TOKYO = Mary had a little lamb. For some people the anime reference went over their head and most people didn't realize how cute the song actually is. It is very much a Japanese style and it is not for everyone but when you think about the name of their group the song makes sense.
I love how Woke Up in Tokyo appreciate asa dan ruka root as Japanese as Japanese idol or foreign idols got lack of appreciation and YG did it give whole Japanese flavour for the song just to introduce RUKA AND ASA are THE PRIDE OF JAPAN IN KPOP INDUSTRY
They already got me from their names mentioned, they're just hitting the otakus and Japanese in general but it's really really fun and amazing. Shout out for Dragon Ball and Jujutsu Kaisen

I think this album is the teenage side of Baemon,,,opposite of Sheesh era, this album is more related to teenagers love, side and dreams. so glad they prefer this side rather than big drop just like Blackpink. I hope public will receive this album with love
