A good tip, Tim. I've always tied these a uniform red colour, rather than the red & black effect, with limited success if I'm honest! I'll have to try these bi-colour versions - see if I can improve my catch rate! Could be just me being a rubbish angler though! 😃
Awesome video as usual as well as your well done, easy to follow "knot videos". I have a dumb question, when you spin the bobbin counter or clock-wise, is that looking down on it from your perspective or looking up? Am I overthinking this? haha (I've only had one cup of coffee)
Very cool. Hopefully soon our western rivers will recede enough to get out and get some fishing done. Lot's of snow this year in the Cascades and throughout! Have a great week!
Short, sweeeet and effective...doesn’t get much better than this. Great tie ! L 👍🎣👍
Man I love how easy midges are to tie, and how effective they are. Such a great fly.
Awesome midge tying...Thanks a bunch.!!

Here in Missouri on Tanneycomo tailwater we have a simular fly that's called the Ruby 2 witch uses a brass or silver bead.
Thanks!! 👍🏼👍🏼
Very cool.
How come I can see the video but everything else like the recipe is darkened

Not a dumb question at all. I am talking about looking down on the bobbin so its tube is pointed up toward you.
