A close friend suggested it for me and I did it today, my kid is sick and usually is very picky but she ate most of her plate, I was sooo happy. I love Italy

Laura my friend Dawn whose family were Italy 🇮🇹. She would come visit meet and would make the best Italian in the world. She made the wedding ball soup every time. She used few ingredients, but always the best. The soup was spectacular. When I hear you talk you remind me of her. Have a great day.

Most underrated soup around. My daughter asks for this weekly during the cooler months and monthly in the summer. I’ll sometimes do kale if I need to use it up.

I love every recipe you share with us Laura! You are the Absolute Best ! I’ve been cooking with my 3 year old these last couple days and together she’s helped me roll ricotta gnocchi and lasagna noodles. So much fun! Great memories that will last a lifetime ♥️

I've made this several times since I found the video. Normally I use ground turkey. Today I'm making it with Italian sausage squeezed out of the casing instead of ground sausage. Smells great so far.

I wasn’t expecting a lot from this recipe- Laura even said you won’t wow anyone. I made it yesterday as a starter and it was the best soup I’ve ever made. I used ground chicken thigh, as I didn’t know which to get. I followed this to the letter and I was stunned at how complex and perfect it was. 11/10.

I fancy myself a tortellini afficiando and love broths and soups, so thank you Laura for this recipe. My soups have to be "hot" when I am savoring all the blended flavors (no tepid soup for me😮). A heel of crusty Italian bread to soak up some of that rich broth will be a "mike drop" for me! ❤

Help! I don't have any recipes from the Italian side of my family. I make a very basic Wedding Soup from a recipe I found on the internet, but yours looks much better. I want to make something my family might have made in the past. All my grandparent's parents were from a town in the Basilicata region of Italy, Trivigno. Do you know any soups or pasta dishes from that region?
I don't recall much about my Grandmother's cooking, pork neck bones in a rich gravy that was not sweet, but mostly basic American Italian. I remember Papagrande saying they kept goats in the backyard when he was a kid and goat was very good. The internet says recipes from Basilicata were mostly vegetarian because the area was so poor.

Hi Laura how are you doing? I really am your greatest fan anymore. I known you two years through your pictures by someone saying they were you. It took me a year and a half to find out it was a lie, and because of my brother that help me I found out who you really were. And you liberated me from a lie. I never knew you before in action in video but now you are the best chef for me and I appreciate you very much. You’re the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. All of your dishes are fabulous. But I still have this person. DM me saying that you. But I know the truth now she even uses your daughter Mia because she sees she is you. But either way, I’m grateful to the Lord that I know who you really are and I admire you very very much. Thank you very much. May the Lord bless you, Joe and Mia and your whole family.

It looks amazing! I miss stuff like this. Haven't had good Italian food since I learned that I can't eat onions and garlic. One day I'm going to have to figure out how to make things like this without such important ingredients, but where it will still be flavorful.
