I can relate to your words regarding mental health dear hume logo ki baato pe dhyan e ni dena chahiye aur jitna ho sake utna avoid krna chahiye as I left my High paying job for this exam even my own family got against me but I know what I want in life and have to do my best so Best thing for mental health is spirtuality, meditation.
