I can relate everything you said.. Sometimes I feel I don't belong anywhere.. But life is all about constant change and improvement I guess. Hearing you felt like I am not the only one❤
Don't take too much stress sister, eat healthy, sleep well just focus on your present, don't think about future, anxiety depression is a part of life, don't react on them, just ignore it, stay calm. Everything will be fine ❤❤❤❤

Hii diii 😊 me ek neet aspirant hu & ye mera 2nd attempt hai so muje bhi aise kbhi kbhi thought ate h ki ky honga ky nhi meri preparation sahi hui h ki nhi... i am a upsc cse aspirant too and from assam only
i can relate to you so much,trust me i am in the same senerio after graduation all my classmates went for masters and i am preparing for cse through self study. Like you said its really hard to keep in touch with friends when you aren't roll into any institution.and watching all your batchment having happening life and you really feel lonely living alone and taking the baggage of civil services
Just stay motivated and have a hope that one day you will be recognised by all.

Start with your most comfortable subjects and sit for just 10 mins with that subject, it will give a study vibe❤
Take a deep breath and even if ur overthinking,just scribe ur thoughts in a blank paper (ur anxiety, depression,failures,ur relatives who shame u, relationship)
Now u feel a relaxed and calm mind
This is completely my suggestion guys
Don't Stop ur study but u have to relax in between days
Remember ur current situation what ur are at the point of ur life

Hiii!! I am preparing for civils as well and i can sooo relate to it. Something which i can suggest you and that i follow myself as well, is that to take a day off. and trust me, its really okay to take a day off, and treat yourself with something good which makes you happy. if not one complete day, half day break would also be good. Because, i feel you feel burnt out because of the complete process. The amount of time you give in, its equally important to ive yourself some rest as well. Do take care of yourself❤sending light and good wishes❤

Life is temorary so its problem, our main goal is to keep going no matter what and be the best version of us Take a day break journal out your heart, watch some motivational video and pray to God that what ever has came front of me is for me to grow and the fact that I'm suffering from this out of 8billion people varifies that you have given me the power to overcome it, guide me through it.!

I also go through loneliness even after having good family backgorund ,supportive parents and friend's but still i feel that empitness within me i dont know how to deal with this.. i dk why in every 2 3 weeks i cry for hours for no reason at all!!.and sis you are preparing for competitive exam so its quite normal to feels all this emotional !! Stay strong and try listening to motivational songs..❤

I feel everyone is successful and happy in their life and I am good for nothing.. neither in looks or any extra curricular activity.. and yes I am an introvert girl so it's quite hard to express my feeling to anyone irl!! Soo I feel am bad at friendhsip or family relations.. 😅I guess if we think so we get many reason well but we only live once and I am just a teen so I should not be this much worried😅😅😅 (yeh toh asa lg raha hai me koi diary likh rhi hoon)

To bhot anxiety hoti h kya hoga kese hoga... Kuch din consistent reh kr fir 2-3 din esa hota ki bs anxiety stress rehta foccus hi nhi ho pata... But it's never late to start your prep.. so just believe in yourself... Everything comes to you at the right time😊

the hanoii chemomile channel and focus station chanl . long study session hote hai you can play them with your study but plz music bale like piano ok so you dont feel that you are studying alone or some thing simple timer se to mujhe bhi headeck hone lagta hai so i use focus station channel for timer with music..
take per day wath with warm water after that prey to god it will create good feel in your mind , in morning start with some bhakti song, chalisa like hanuman chalisa , shiv ji related some thing which you feel good.. avoid junk food instant food or ye 5 ruplay bale packet like these all are waste of money and your mind feeling lasy due to all these food habbit .. eat proper food try to make your food in morning so that hole day you can study with free mind.

@@sakshisingh-hs5um mujhe bhi depression aur anxiety dono hai. Mai proper treatment le Rahi hu. Medications pe hu. Mai ye nhi bata paungi aapko ki kaise control karna hai kyuki Mai khud struggle kar Rahi hu. But haan i think u should reach out for help. Share your feelings with loved ones. Family ka support is must. Aur zarurat Lage toh go to a psychiatrist or take therapy. Take care ❤️

Its okay take one day gap do everything u want on that day, it will recharge you and u will be back the next day with more energy and enthusiasm ❤❤❤this is how I deal with
You can accept my suggestion; Do one meditation and spend some time out door of your time in a natural environment. When you go to the natural environment, try to keep your mind calm and the mind remains neutral. With this you can improve mental health to a great extent. My condition was the same as you are suffering at this time. Then I followed the above things.best of luck for CSE 2024

I have been being depressed for more than 3 years now (no of years hi badhe ja rhe). I haven't studied anything after my 12th boards in 2021... I am also an UPSC aspirant. I'm trying to study now. But it hurts seeing myself a topper kid, can't study now. IT REALLY HURTS. Idk, mera dimag kaha gya T_T

Anxiety and depression are normal during exam time so 20 minutes slowly running daily +20 minutes breathing exercises +20 minutes morning meditation and you will ok soon. l am also suffering from the few days but ab sub ok h
Ye cheeze sirf tab tk help karti hain jb tk depression anxiety mild hoti hai ,uske baad severe hone pe ye cheez help nhi kar paati
